I had visited this hotel in Feb 2026 with my friends. The location of the hotel was excellent and in close proximity to the lake. The weather was also perfect making the stay even better. The room we had booked had a few problems and needed a few repairs but on pointing that out Dev, the staff there really helped us out. He was quick to change the room as well and sincerely apologised for their shortcomings. I would recommend booking a suite if there are more than 2 people staying together as they have one with a stunning lakeside view. The hotel staff were quick to help us with anything we needed. Special mention to Dev for making our stay so memorable.

Price to noise ratio this was the worst hotel I've experienced. Our room was seemingly over a night club that was pumping bass all day and much of the night. There was a lot of street noise. In short, this was too expensive to not feel nicer. This hotel choice was the biggest mistake of an otherwise excellent trip.

It was a wonderful experience staying in Barog Heights enjoying the scerenic beauty and a wonderful hospitality by the hotel staff.It is a worth visiting place.

??这家酒店简直就是意外的发现非常宝藏的全包酒店 ??首先房间比较大，而且风景特别好，窗外有阳台，直麪雪山，也比较乾净明亮 ??最值得推荐的就是他们的水疗中心，这个水疗中心特别的漂亮，而且面积相当的大，各种各样的桑拿，这个让我比较吃惊的地方，因为去过那么多五星级或者是比较好的度假村，都没有他们家的水疗中心做得大，而且确实非常好，给人一种大气乾净明亮的感觉，而且每一个休息的地方都有躺着的床和恒大的落地窗，尤其是他室外的泳池，不仅风景好，而且水温特别合适 ??酒店是全包的，早餐特别推荐非常的丰富，午餐的话就比较少一点，可以看图片，有一些牛排，其他的就是沙拉和冷菜，晚上的话他会有给预订好专门的座位，有一个菜单，但是千万不要点那个猪肉汉堡酸甜口的不好吃。 下午还有一些甜点下午茶。 超级推荐，可以在酒店基本上玩一天，风景也特别好，服务也很热情，很友善，酒店门口就是停车场

I stayed in this hotel 2 times each stay were 4 days . The hotel , room size and cleanness are excellent. The highlight of this hotel is people , very good and humble staff (front office, house keeping, room service, restaurant) they takes care very nicely and available for all & every help we ask for Food quality and varieties are very nice Location is in industrial area from here we can access most of all places in Pune My overall repeat experience is very very good a d I can 1000% recommend all the traveller to visit once and have a superb experience over here with all means Value for money and very comfortable stay

Great location, atmosphere, service and food. The breakfast is original and good quality making you ready for a day on the moutain. The room was simple (and not so warm) but clean and had what you need. Can only recommend this hotel.
