First I must say that the staff were all really lovely and helpful, however the experience in other ways was far from great. We have stayed in Premier Inns all over so know what to expect. While at first glance the room looked clean, when we moved a pillow from one bed to another we noticed the end of it was covered in dust. My youngest son then asked why the wall at the end of the bed was covered in little feathers - on closer inspection and running a hand over the wallpaper revealed it was a layer of dust which fell all over the bed in clumps. The shelves and desk looked like they had been dusted, however the shelf with the kettle and mugs on was covered with dust and there was a layer of dust on the mugs and spoons which had clearly not been used or cleaned for a while. The dining space downstairs was too small for a busy holiday period and many people found there were no tables available when they came for breakfast (at a time booked in the previous day). The staff were good at keeping note of who arrived first and people could go back to their rooms to wait until a table was free, and the staff would come and let them know. Not great if you have plans for the day and need to get going, or indeed if you have hungry kids. One morning the delivery hadn’t arrived and they ran out of fruit and tomatoes and fruit juice before lots of people had breakfast. The lunch offer was listed as being available in the diner from 11-5, but the chef went home at 2 so arrive after that and you were out of luck. Finally one last shout out to the staff who were all brilliant. This review is not for them - they would have got 5 stars.

La chambre était agréable, le personnel également, en revanche il manquait le principal pour un appart h?tel. Pas d’éponge, pas de produits vaisselle. Peu d’équipement pour un confort de passage basique.

I really was dissappointed... ! The breakfast ot was not good at all, the bread was hard to eat., the pool area was dirty we founded fake nails and fake eyelashes in the water it was really bad to find that.. the floor was also dirty.. the lady that start cleaning she didnt put towels on stuck.. i was so unhappy about staying in this hotel..!

送孩子上学特意选的离学校最近的酒店，感觉很奇妙的，是电影中看到的汽车旅馆，但衞生、床品、设施什么的都很不错，住得很舒服，前台工作人员和保洁工作人员都很友善，住得很开心！ 之前看到有人评论説会吵，可能是运气不好，遇到不好的其他房客了吧，我们住了4晚，都非常安静，休息得很好。澳洲这边的酒店没有提供洗漱用品和拖鞋，要记得自备哦！有提供免费的茶包、咖啡粉和白糖、一瓶矿泉水和一支牛奶，刚好早晨做一杯拿铁，并且还送了三杯饮品，很赞哦！ 对了，入住时，是需要给100刀按金的（冻结），不能付现金，要用信用卡，我们是周五退房的，周一上午返回的。 挺推荐住这里的，不但离学校很近，离M-city也是超近的，购物非常方便。 没有特意拍图片，房间是退房时才随手拍的，其他图片是后来经过时随拍的。

Far from stores and restaurants

Overnight stay on business, clean and tidy room in the Mews facing the car park, hotel in great location and staff welcoming. Happily stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Came back from an excursion late went directly our room and the bedding were off our beds. Seem to us that the cleaning crew came in started cleaning but just left and didn’t come back. Call front desk and with 15 mins had a lady come and bring bedding sheets and she cleaned our room. First time this has happened to us! Other than that resort was well kept and everyone very nice and helpful!

这个属于精品酒店,位置地理极佳,周围都系好多美食餐饮餐厅,全部可以步行去不同的游览位置,完全不用开车,也不用担心寻找停车场,在希腊雅典,找停车场及泊车是一个非常头痛的问题,所以这个酒店位置,值得推介,所有景点都可以步行,例如宪法广场,中央市场,雅典竞技场,这个酒店适合商务,家庭旅游,及酒店顶楼风景非常优美,可以望到雅典围城整个景象！值得推介

Staff - excellent!

Spent ages outside the car park entrance to be let in. We then came to check in no member of staff to be found, reception was unmanned, I wandered around in the down stairs area and eventually found a member of staff, the self check in machines were broken. The man checking in the lady before us had only just started working there so wasn’t sure on much. And when it was my turn to check in he swapped with lady who had her coat on, she must have been finishing her shift. She wasn’t very informative I had to ask to where to pay my car park and also ask about breakfast and dinner times. Our room was spotless, bed was very comfy as were the pillows. It was a perfect location for us also. About a 10-15 minute walk to Bournemouth pier. Ubers are easy to get also. We arrived for breakfast the next day and there were only 3 members of staff one was checking people into B.fast another was clearing tables and also manning reception and the chef in the kitchen. When I went to go and get some butter I noticed a gentleman taking bread with his hands and not using the tongs provided the member of staff saw this and didn’t say anything to the man. Items needed replenishing & this wasn’t getting done, it was nowhere near end of the breakfast time and people were still arriving to eat when there wasn’t much food left out. The cleaner on floor 1 looked like she didn’t want to be there, she just looked at me when I walked past, no hello or even a smile. We enjoyed our time in Bournemouth but found this premier inn to have limited staff, they seemed to be taking on a lot of responsibility. Again when we checked out no members of staff in reception as she was manning the breakfast area and trying to do reception at the same time. And when we tried to get into the car park we were waiting a while for the automatic doors to be unlocked. I love a premier inn, but unfortunately I didn’t love this one.
