The whole hotel needs updated. The outside is rundown , and the first bedroom was filthy, the floor was covered in filth. I am extremely upset that ******* would use this hotel.

Fantastic location, beautiful gardens and the food was good, luckily we had our own drinks as we went to the bar and told there was no beer or wine as they didn’t have a license. The worst thing was the hotel itself, it was built fifty years ago and really looks like it, the hotel needs a massive upgrade to bring up to modern standards. We were booked for two nights and left after one night. Very disappointing!

Everything was good with the exception of the following:
The safe wasn't working.
The heater wasn't working.
The knob for the water faucet in the bathroom wasn't working.

Pillow material must be sweat free. Rest food and other services were excellently good and comfortable. Cleanliness of rooms and all floor are good too.
