在兴城老城区，靠近古城，总体来说是附近最好性价比最高的酒店了。特价房可能是富馀卫生间改的小心避坑。

Overall experience is very good . Restaurant sttaf is very helpful. Food is excellent.specaily Trisha is very very helpful and his face is always smiling . Papai ,Santu and manager Gawtham and chef bikram and sachin is very helpful. Overall experience excellent

Terrible experience and the management were no better. We booked this stay for the obvious which is the treetop spa. When checking in there was a small sign to say pool closed, the receptionist mentioned nothing so I thought nothing of it but before we moved from check in I mentioned it and she said it was closed due to a fault but would be open again around 3:30pm. We sat in the bar and waited till 3:30 and was told still closed no time for reopening but hope the evening time. The staff kept reiterating that the rest of the spa is open, it consists of a conservatory and 1 hot tub that fits 4 people comfortably with a fully booked hotel you couldn’t use anything people had nowhere to go. Spa manager came to offer us an 80￡ voucher at about 6pm I refused we had paid 3x that to stay here for the spa I would have stayed home and went for a drink and dinner locally. She had told us she would speak to a GM and come back to us… we didn’t see her again. Upon check out we were asked how our stay was…… crap we spent a stupidity amount of money and traveled way to far for an ordinary night stay the receptions again offered the 80￡ which I politely declined. We’ve stayed here plenty of times before and had travelled from the Galgorm as we stayed there the night before. The whole situation was dealt with so poorly and nobody was kept updated unless you went to find a worker. We would have turned around and not checked in if we were made aware of the extent of the issue. Poor service and poor communication did not expect this from the Galgorm group

Great stay, but the beds are a little bigger than a twin we booked for 4 people and we were tight. Other tha. That great staff !

Perfect location. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous building, a little dated but that added to the charm. Would absolutely stay here again
