Our 1st floor room no. 6 was comfortable and tastefully decorated, maybe a little small for a superior but very quiet with a view of the sea. There was plenty of storage space and a large bathroom with rain shower. Bring a shower cap if you want to keep your hair dry! Our room and the public areas were clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had breakfast and evening meals in the hotel and all was hot, tasty and plentiful, although the evening menu is a little limited. All staff were friendly and efficient and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The place is very affordable, nice, and clean, and it was perfect for 4 persons. Super spacious. The location is amazing easy to book grab which made getting around KL so easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again once we’re back in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia!

I staying alone The light is slow dark and im a little scared, also i forgot that only towel and shampoo is available in room no more anything else. A little distance to walk for store etc. but the front disk is really friendly and good. I staying two nights and move to another hotel.

The Rose and Crown Lawrence street York was a brilliant place to stay. The food was delicious, and service was outstanding. Our room was spotless and plenty of towels. Bed was comfy and the room had everything you would need. We'll definitely stay again.

Room had no makeup/shaving mirror. No lotion was provided and because we flew with a carryon, we could not bring lotion. We stayed two nights and never saw Housekeeping, we were told you have to stay three nights for Housekeeping. No parking was available so we had to pay $35/ night to use there garage/valet.
On our last night 1/31, a Homeless man was trying to check-in using some card that was not working. Street parking is rare and the area has homeless encampments. We will not stay there again.
