Good , my flight is next day early morning, they pack and give the breakfast box even though they open by 6 am ..there as a shuttle bus service ( free ) from the hotel

Bed comfortable. Room dated. Pillows thin. No need for a dressing robe and TV too far away

I had an excellent and very pleasant experience during my stay at The Summer House, Hotel Kollection Pachmarhi. The hotel is beautiful, The entire ambiance and attention to detail went beyond my expectations. The hospitality and service were outstanding, making my husband’s birthday truly memorable. A special thanks to Bajrang ji for their warm welcome and exceptional service. Their dedication and friendliness greatly enhanced my experience and also wants to thank Naman for giving his best care for us .whole night at my husband’s birthday he stood there for born fire services I really really appreciate their helping nature and best hospitality

Great amenities, a little out of the way from central Florence but if you research a bit you will know this. Amenities and stay wise… zero complaints! TV situation (which I’m seeing is a thing) wasn’t the greatest only because you will need an hmdi to watch anything other than local tv, but still doesn’t take away from the stay. One word… Perfecto!

Room was a great size, very modern and clean. The staff was amazing. Thank you Jude and Sophia for being so lovely. Perfect location and close to all. Definitely will be back.

Staff très efficace et attentionné, belle vue et confort, qualité de la cuisine . Idéalement situé proche de la mer avec une partie jungle pour spoter les oiseaux

Fantastic location in Sheffield City Centre, a couple of minutes walk from a tram stop, and from the Cathedral and shops. Waitress Nelti and Chef Tyler gave excellent service in the restaurant - the food we had in the restaurant was so tasty and a very reasonable price. Would definitety stay there again. Rooms were quiet, clean and well appointed.
