worst experience ever...booking with breakfast & turn up no b/fast...depo refund take 7-14 working days..WTF!!....no free parking & i paid RM50 for parking (checkout @ 9.30am)..i requested an early check-in but the management charged RM50 for it. Since it was already 2.30pm at that time, i decided to wait until 3pm. However, when it reached 3pm and i asked to check-in, the room was still being cleaned and the management asked me to wait another 40 minutes. not recommed at all. Tq.

We went looking for a long weekend at the beach and it didn't disappoint. The set up where the kids had a pull out couch bed, but it was actually two mattresses was a really nice set up and both the pull out bed and the main bed were extremely comfortable. The pool wasn't over crowded and the staff was lovely. The beach was stunning.

酒店设施有点老了，小孩子最喜欢的是游泳；早餐人是真的多，找不到位置坐啊

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the accommodation. Everything—from accessing the building to collecting the keys—was clearly communicated via WhatsApp, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. The place was exactly as shown in the photos, which we really appreciated. My kids especially loved the bathtub and had a great time! The only minor issue we encountered was with the common bathroom door, as the lock wasn’t working properly and nearly got my mum locked inside. Thankfully, she managed to unlock it. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back for a longer stay with you!
