Un posto magnifico ,la struttura è bellissima, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli..tutto il personale fantastico Carmine , Salvatore e le ragazze della reception tutti gentilissimi e simpatici ?? non è la prima volta che scegliamo questa struttura, è la sceglieremo altre volte...

Nice place

The room too small, the staff were okay, the only person who’s been nice was the cleaning lady!! Very nice.. the rest not at all.. not helping with bags or anything at all… the add stated the do have the parking but THEY ARE NOT!!! Big Deal!!!

It was a lovely property. Staff were welcoming, enthusiastic and genuine. Sadly, safaris had been suspended which, was our prime motive for visiting but, overall, I felt there was plenty to do. The naturalists were particularly terrific.

Great location to Cruz bay and restaurants, shopping etc.. The villa was nice and views were outstanding. Staff was timely and courteous to our needs in ways they could be of assistance. Unfortunately we experienced several power outages (one over 24hrs) water outages and no internet connection for most of our trip. Although power outages and internet were of no ones fault, there needs to be measures put in place ex generators or power walls and upgrade to internet and availability before we would consider returning to stay. There were no mentions of compensation for the inconvenience, as a business owner i expected there to be, but that never happened. I have compensated customers for much less of an inconvenience, in a effort to keep customers satisfied

Wonderful room and service. Everyone at this place is very attentive and very easy to communicate with. The valet is amazing!

The island is popular with its amazing reef with lots of different fish and corals. It's such a pleasure to go out from the bungalow and a few meters in the water and you reach the reef. The sand is white and feels like powder. The food is quite diverse, and suits all tastes. My fiance loves Indian food and I love more European. Everybody is happy! We had lovely dinner for st. Valentine's day - the decoration was so good, the whole environment was so romantic (incl.the bed decoration). And the food - the chef did a great job! We had sunset cruise, night fishing (we caught a few fish), it was so much fun! We are happy with the staff service - quite cooperative, the room is cleaned twice a day. I can definitely recommend the island, especially after being to Sun island since years ago. This one is much, much better in all aspects!
