This hotel is the best hotel in Panama City Florida, this hotel my husband and I make it our go to spot when we come down to visits. The entire staff is the best, they are very professional, respectful to the customer's. The view is so beautiful overlooking the bay and the area is quite.

They allowed us to check in early which was great. The room was out of conditioner and the room was okay but the building is kind of rundown.

Good location for getting to & from airport & cruise port. However, not many restaurants in the immediate area (just a couple fast food places), so need to take Uber to go out to eat. Like that it’s more than just a hotel room — has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate sitting area, a vanity area & bedroom.

Room was expensive and very outdated and neglected. One elevator didn’t work and getting downstairs was a pain. The onsite restaurant wasn’t very good either. Would not stay there again. Very disappointed.
