Our trip started of great, considering that our room door kept getting stuck to open. I think it was broken since the handle stayed down. We have an autistic son, and normally we book hotels with pools since that helps him relax. My son “stims” which helps him regulate and one of the ladies at the Spa came out to let us know to keep the noises down (unfortunately his sounds we need to allow him to regulate). By that time we felt uncomfortable. We apologies to the lady and both times she just kept looking at her phone without acknowledging us. The hotel is beautiful, but staff was rude. I felt very uncomfortable walking out that spa/fitness/pool area. I think it would be great to have a different exit from the pool that doesnt require going thru the spa and gyn to avoid this kind of issues that we experience.
