My favorite place to stay whenever i need to go to Toowoomba. the rooms are always clean, the staff are fabulous. The prices are always reasonable for a clean room a pleasant stay and lovely staff.

The room smelled like a combination of ammonia, dog urine and a cleaning agent that didn’t cover the smells. The water pressure was very low in shower and previous hairs left in shower and toilet area

酒店回复：I am so sorry for your bad experience. I wish you would have mentioned that while you were at the hotel we would have moved you to a different room. We are in the process of shampooing all of our rooms and only have a couple left to take care of. We are a pet friendly hotel but we try to limit which rooms are used for stays with pets so we can monitor the condition and address issues like odor. I assure you we take this very seriously and are very sorry for this experience.

The property shows really well and is clean. The doormen and valet are super kind and efficient. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and simple. The elevators were quick every time. Cons: front desk staff failed to inform us of amenities available like pool/bar hours, available bikes to checkout, etc. Ordered room service to which the order was taken incorrectly (they wrote down the wrong room). Called them back regarding the food over an hour later and they bought us the food that had been sitting out. Ate only the crab soup and got food poisoning. Let them know and they gave a late checkout so I could get myself together but charged me for the food. Smh

All I can say is the entire Hotel, the staff, the restaurants, breakfast, lunch, dinner, food trucks, swim-up bars, cigar lounge, Concierge, house keeping, Coffee shop, everyone in this AMAZING Resort went over and beyond EXCELLENCE in every detail in making sure that we had the Most Amazing time!!! We will definitely go back!!!??

Room was clean , staff was great , breakfast was fresh and they had shops nearby

Un très beau séjour le personnels très avenant la vue de l'h?tel fantastique la chambre très bien et la cuisine du restaurant de très bonne qualité ainsi que le petit déjeuner

The hotel is fine. The restaurant has great food and drinks. One of the biggest issues we had was parking. They actually charge for parking nightly $15, without informing you upon check-in. They also don't ask for any details about your car. The lot is a huge open parking lot. Not sure why they have the need to charge for parking. They charged our co-worker as well even though he had no car.

Les chambres sont parfaites. Modernes dans un cadre ancien bien rénové. Personnel accueillant.

Breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Mary is such a sweet lady. Everything was very well taken care of.

Parking is great. Pool small but warm…only available 1 hour in the morning to guests. Staff are miserable…rooms badly need updating, toilets are black in places, need bleaching, the hotel feels like a pub as you walk into a bar with wit tv screens blaring sporting events. This is definitely not a luxury Marriott but ok for a night before London if you want to drive and catch the train into Victoria. A room facing the race course is pleasant but the rooms just look scruffy and it all needs refurbishment, it’s tired. As are the staff.
