Nous sommes ravies de notre passage dans cet h?tel . Chambre spacieuse et propre . La personne a qui nous avons eu a faire était très professionnelle et agréable, merci monsieur . Le petite dej était magique, beaucoup de choix, des aliments bien frais ... Miammmm ... Nous reviendrons .

Easy location to get to by bus from the airport,a bit of walk into the town about 20 mins. Room was basic but served my purpose for a one night stay.

Lovely and helpful staff, and very classy decor. I asked if I could have a room with a bathtub if one was available, and they gave me such a beautiful room with one! Really a treat, as I don’t have one at home.

The rooms are quiet clean and the staff at the reception are quiet courteous. The only thing i will recommend is that they need to improve their breakfast menu.

The room had no closets or hooks upon which to hang clothes or facial tissue. There was one towel rack and one small loop for a wash cloth or hand towel -- no place for wet swimsuits. One day the room attendant did nothing but fold the towels on the floor, which were supposed to be removed and replaced. Finally I left notes for her everyday telling her to wash the coffee cups and glasses, replace the towels on the floor, sweep the floor, replace the used coffee and creamer capsules, and clean the mold from the floor in the shower. Some tasks were completed; some were not. She never removed the spent capsules from the coffee maker or cleaned the mold from the shower. Our stay, was, perhaps, the most unsatisfactory of any I have ever had. The photos on the ********** site are entirely misleading.

Nice and warm , clean and friendly place. A bit old fashioned. But I like it . Staff are helpful .

Lovely hotel nestled away near the backwaters. Lots of activities but when crowded then it gets loud and the pool is unusable as too many folks. Staff are wonderful but one strange thing I noticed is that staff use their mobiles freely and talk on the phones in front of guests which I have never seen before so openly. Dinner was unbelievable and with the help of Amol at the earth pavilion restaurant we got to try some amazing local dishes. Impeccable service from Amol as well as indrajeet who helped us check in. Overall great time that we decided to stay on for an extra night. Although the town is quiet so laid back and chill at the hotel. Very comfortable for 3 of us to fit on the large bed provided.

Host very friendly easy to get along with.
