I recently stayed at here and want to start by clarifying that this is not a standard hotel. It operates more like a high-quality Airbnb, but with the nice addition of a provided breakfast. Keeping this in mind will help set the right expectations. The Highlights: · Breakfast & Staff: The included breakfast was basic but good and adequate. A very nice touch was that they cook eggs on demand to your request. The staff are genuinely wonderful, friendly and kind. On our last day, as we had to leave very early for a ferry to Sicily, they thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us, which we really appreciated. And when we arrived, one of the staff helped us with our luggages as there’s no lift to level. Even if you staying on any floor, you’ll need to go up one short flight of stairs to get to the lift. · Accommodation & Authenticity: The room itself was comfortable and quite spacious. Staying here offers an authentic taste of how locals might live in a traditional Valletta building, which is a unique experience compared to a standard hotel. Points to Consider (Room 102 Specific): We stayed in Room 102. While comfortable, future guests should be aware of a couple of things, especially if booking this specific room: 1. Very Small Shower: The shower is quite compact. I am about 165 cm (5'5") and found it tight. Anyone taller or of a larger build might find it uncomfortable and may want to request a different room with a larger shower. 2. Heating & Hot Water: During our cooler stay, we noticed two things. First, the water heater can be slow, so you may need to let the tap run for a bit for hot water to arrive. Second, because the room is large with only one air-conditioning/heating unit, it can feel relatively cold in the winter. Extra layers might be needed. Overall: This is a charming, character-filled place with lovely staff. The minor inconveniences were far outweighed by the hospitality and authentic experience. I believe it would be a perfect stay during warmer weather. For a winter visit, just pack accordingly and perhaps inquire about room specifics regarding shower size and heating. Who Should Stay Here: Travelers seeking an authentic, guesthouse/B&B experience with personal touches, who don't mind some characterful quirks. Who Might Want to Look Elsewhere: Those expecting full hotel amenities, consistent instant hot water, or who are particularly sensitive to cooler rooms in winter.

Nice cosy room in cottage by the river. Quite cold upon arrival but switching on the heating soon warmed it up.

The check on was easy and painless even when there is no reception. There was Sewage smell hallway which was very strange. We got in the room and there was smell of mold

这次住的46楼4603，2卧室1书房1个厅开放式厨房 全都是无敌海景，三个外面阳台是通着的，阳台有二个软沙发可以躺着看海景，床上和沙发上躺着都能看到海景。 但是我入住时换了二次房间，我才满意…第一次给我4501只有客厅阳台能看到海景还有个超级粗的柱子挡在中间！看图六。然后给我换了房间4702，图7 是封闭式的海景 视野也不是很满意，只有一个人身体宽的阳台位置没有密封 能站着拍照 没有玻璃隔着，4702我也不是很满意，被预订的有差别。然后！！！我通过4702看到隔壁的4703阳台 图8 视野非常好 还是全部开放式 通着的阳台！！我又第二次找前台要求换像4703这样户型，最后给我4603 我们住了三晚 和我预订的时候看到图片差不多！！所以建议大家一定要选03户型！我和前台説了我预订的就是海天一际海景房 我定的就是海景 海景还不好我不如不住了…前台一个劲説她明白 非常明白 然后换了二次我才满意 我觉得前台也是有套路 先给你不太好的 你要求换才跟你换，如果你觉得ok 可能就这样给你套路了 ，如果换了一次像02户型 可能你会觉得已经换了这个比刚才好点了，其实你不知道03户型才是你定的应该享受的无敌海景房，所以不满意房间一定拿着预订照片找前台 是立马找前台换房间。

We had the most amazing birthday stay at Nekajui, a truly magical and beautiful resort! The property is new and absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and unique amenities like a suspension bridge and funicular to the beach club. But the best part of this resort is the incredible team who provided exceptional service! I want to first thank Johan Castillo, who was the best butler we've ever had anywhere. He is kind, warm, friendly, professional, and super helpful. Johan went above and beyond and made our stay feel very special with birthday surprises and thoughtful details. We felt so well taken care of and felt his genuine desire to make us happy. He cares deeply about his job and is a remarkable person who deserves all the recognition possible. We love Johan! We had another butler named Ozzy while Johan was in his days off and he was also great and very friendly. Our arrival experience was incredible with the hotel manager Anja welcoming us as we arrived. We got a chance to talk to her and she was wonderful, it was a pleasure to meet her. We were then introduced to Johan who informed us that we got a HUGE upgrade to a big suite with a plunge pool! Our suite was beyond amazing and we enjoyed every second we spent admiring the unbelievable views from our terrace. Dining was also excellent and we tried every restaurant in property, our favorite being Niri beach club restaurant. I highly recommend it as the food is exceptional from Chef Jorge who we got to meet and he was great. The service was wonderful from every staff we met there and Yindria the manager is amazing! She is the sweetest and kindest manager we ever met and did so many special details for us and made the birthday celebrations beyond happy. We deeply appreciated her kindness and her energy, she is the best! We love Yin! Another special place in the property is Cooper's bar, the speakeasy, which is super elegant and nice with great atmosphere and drinks. Luis who is the bartender is amazing and made us the best drinks. He is so kind and friendly and such a pleasure to talk to. We love Luis and his team! The property is very large and you need golf carts to take you around but it was great because they were always on time or a short wait and the bell staff who drives us around was so wonderful. I especially want to thank Salvador, Jeffrey, Marco, and everyone else who gave us rides. They are so kind and friendly and took great care of us always! We went to dinner at the Four Seasons next door and we could not wait to come back to Nekajui. There is no comparison and Nekajui is SO much better in every way. I highly recommend Nekajui and it is truly the BEST resort in Costa Rica and one of the best in the world. A very special place with a very special team. We cannot wait to go back!

Room was very comfortable clean and warm only thing that I could pick on if anything would be one teabag per person. I know we could have had more on request but would prefer to see that in the room although that’s a minor issue and will be back to stay again, it’s location is spot on and staff std friendly and helpful

I am just back after a week at the Kasbah and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I hadn't planned Morocco but when I came across this hidden gem in the Atlas Mountains I had to book my trip! From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by the manager SoFiane, like an old friend and felt like this throughout my stay - right up until the minute we said Au Revoir yesterday morning. This is a retreat. A getaway from the busyness of life and a place where you really can recharge your batteries and leave the world behind for a while. The location is outstanding. When I was flying into Marrakech the Atlas Mountains are the back drop and I got so excited telling other passengers 'that's where I'm going'! The people are just wonderful. Some of the nicest I have ever met. SoFiane has a great team and the customer service is like no other I have experienced on my travels. Salah has become a friend and went over and above looking after me every day. Maj:d is a happy chappy and nothing is too much trouble. They really are exceptional. Zahra makes the best bread I have ever tasted - made fresh every morning - and taught me how to make it during my cooking class - highlight of my trip with her and SoFiane. Cooking Tagine on the terrace with the mountains as our backdrop! Mohamed and the rest of the team keep everything else going and the animals are so well looked after and a joy to visit. Fluffy the dog took me on a few walks in the valley. I'd have got lost without him! The food here is outstanding!! I had tagine, skewers, berber breads, omlette, bolognaise, a simple but diverse menu. Perfect for my week stay. There is always someone on hand to help with anything you need. Someone to light the wood burning stoves at night -an extra special touch I haven't experienced before. If you need to venture out on tour - this can be arranged for you no problem at all. If you are looking for nightlife and pubs - this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for peace, calm, solitude, care and head space - this is your destination. I stayed in the hotel hive in the middle of the February. There was no hot water for shower, so I took a cold shower in the 1st night; ?It was cold in February, I called the front desk to request a kettle and a couple of tea bags to make hot tea. ( it is the way how the hotel hives operates : you need make requests). A kettle was delivered to my room without any tea bag, the front desk said all the tea bags were gone. This is my first time and probably the last time to stay in ?hotel hive, I don’t think the $400+ is worth what you received!
