Guest：Almost faultless. Unfortunately heating goes off during the night which meant the room got very cold. Was given extra blankets on request
Guest：Upon arrival at the Grantham Arms, we were welcomed warmly by staff. The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful on the Saturday before Christmas. Our room was well-appointed and very cosy. The decor was stylish and comfortable with plenty of cushions and good quality bed linen and towels. There were lots of extras - we particularly liked the biscuits - and the tea and coffee making facilities were great. The room and en suite shower room were both extremely clean and we felt that the standard of housekeeping was especially high. good bedside tables, a dressing table, two chairs and a wardrobe offered ample furnishings. A lovely, cosy room only lacking a window. The lights seemed to be quite dim and, without natural light in the room, it would have been great to have brighter lights. That's just a minor point, as we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
Guest：The deluxe twin room we had was very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet too as it was in an annexe set back from the road.
Guest：My fifth time at the Grantham Arms in 4 years and it's always excellent. Lovely staff, fun, clean rooms and really comfortable beds. What's not to love about a place that maintains such consistently good standards? Breakfast was also beautifully cooked as well.
