Wir hatten ein sch?nes, gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer mit authentischer Ausstattung. Das Personal war mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war absolut grandios. Es gab jeden Abend eine super Auswahl, leckere Getr?nke und eine tolle Stimmung im Restaurant. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Spacious apartment with an amazing spa bath! Very relaxing and comfortable. A little on the older side but well maintained. Definitely great value for money. The Cafe attached was delicious too, we had a lovely breakfast there. Only feedback I can say is that after coming out of the lift it was a little tricky finding the room. Some more signs could easily solve this issue.

Would have like towels for pool/ spa. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom

We enjoy our stay every year on our summer holiday at mandalay holiday Resort ,We only wish we could stay longer, Staff are allways friendly and helpful and the park is one of the best we have been to.

The noise at night time.

For over 10-15 years my elderly husband and I, both of us disabled, had come to their restaurant for coffee, food , meet others at this hotel. Never ever had a problem. Loveliest staff, every single one we met over the years. My husband died recently. I came in and staff were so kind, understanding except one, waitress Kirsty . Short heavy set older blond woman . Not a word. In fact , very few before my husband died. Never noticed her as others outshone her. But now I was on my own,she started in on me. Stopping me from sitting at tables. When I did sit somewhere, she'd put a reserve sign on my table making it clear I outstayed my welcome. Today, I wanted to find out why the table I did normally sit at, had a reserve sign on it all morning stopping me from sitting there when I had came in. She ignored me when I said Hello in her direction. I finally had to say it loudly and she came over annoyed. She said that table was for 4 people , disabled etc. I was sitting there with my cane. She had deliberately stopped me from sitting for personal reasons not business! I went to reception to make a complaint. I told reception I would pay her. This kirsty came out , shouted at me, showed how common she was and after she left, I burst into tears. I was still grieving my husband, my loneliness and this waitress, made Duty manager by an unsuspecting owner, was out to upset me any way she could. Cross Keys has gone down in my estimation. Owners have handed their hotel over to a very unbusiness like nasty piece of work. I no longer feel welcome here. When staff chase away good customers( over the years i had recommended this hotel to my fellow Americas who always booked here, bringing in business), then a business is allowed to go down hill. If you, anyone you know goes in to Cross Keys watch out for this evil cruel person.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione del mio compleanno. Ci ha accolti il signor Diego, molto gentile e preparato, che ci ha indicato con estrema precisione tutto ciò che era compreso nel pacchetto da noi scelto e ci ha pure consigliato delle belle camminate da fare nei dintorni. Bellissima la camera n. 4, pulita calda e confortevole, con letto molto comodo; ma il top è la spa, con bagno turco, sauna, doccia del mulino, vasca idromassaggio ed area relax, e sulla terrazza al piano superiore una cabina vitarium e vasca idromassaggio riscaldata con magnifica vista sul paese e sulle montagne vicine. La cena è stata perfetta, abbiamo scelto un menù del territorio e un menù vegetariano, tutto molto buono, e una squisita torta di compleanno con candeline. Un'esperienza magnifica a due passi da casa, sicuramente da consigliare e, perché no, da ripetere. 10 e lode!

Our stay at Flora Vythiri Resort will always remain very close to our hearts. We visited the resort with my wife and our 6-month-old baby, and what we experienced here was not just hospitality, but genuine care and kindness. Traveling with an infant can be challenging, but the entire team at Flora Vythiri made it feel effortless for us. They were incredibly supportive, especially when it came to preparing food for our baby exactly as per our needs. That level of understanding and willingness to help meant more to us than words can express. From day one, they took special care of us, knowing we were traveling with a baby, and made sure we were comfortable at every step. A heartfelt thanks to Nora at the reception, Deviteerthana and the whole restaurant team, and every staff member who played a part in making our stay so special. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness made us extend our stay for an extra day, and as a beautiful gesture, they even upgraded our room to a much more comfortable one, something we will always remember. We are truly grateful to the entire Flora Vythiri team for making us feel at home, away from home. It is only because of their hospitality that we would happily consider visiting Wayanad again, and without a second thought, Flora Vythiri will be our place to stay. To anyone planning a trip to Wayanad, I would strongly recommend Flora Vythiri as your first choice. You won’t just stay here, you’ll leave with beautiful memories and a full heart.
