No one came to clean the room, while I stay there for three days. Even though, it was snow emergency , they didn’t prepare there was no breakfast. It was not possible to go out and eat

Nous sommes ravies de notre passage dans cet h?tel . Chambre spacieuse et propre . La personne a qui nous avons eu a faire était très professionnelle et agréable, merci monsieur . Le petite dej était magique, beaucoup de choix, des aliments bien frais ... Miammmm ... Nous reviendrons .

Hotel Miravidi is a wonderful family run hotel within a 5 minute walk of the ski slopes. The family are most welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well appointed in typical alpine style. We enjoyed half board and were very satisfied with the diverse breakfast offering and options across 4 courses in the evening.

The room was perfect. Spacious and beautiful. We also had a little balcony that we could see to the ocean and it was so beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and professional and super helpful. We also went to their spa services and it was so relaxing and beautiful. We had such a good time in chania in general but going back to the hotel to rest and relax was equally as great. Thank you.

Comida en restaurante, La comida fue espectacular, platos muy bien elaborados, cada uno en su punto exacto. La atención prestada durante toda la comida exquisita. No faltó ni un detalle. Y la disposición de los camareros inmejorable. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Sentarse a comer allí, disfrutando de los sentidos y del trato. Muchas gracias.

The hotel was excellent. Drinks in the bar were good with great views out to sea. Dinner menu was very good. The seafood fettuccine was lovely. The room was spacious and very clean however for a 5 star hotel we were surprised to find there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room. We enjoyed our overnight stay so much that we decided to pay for breakfast the following morning. There was the usual selection of breakfast options that you'd expect to find. The bircher muesli was particularly good. We were a little disappointed to find coffee was served from an urn and not from a dedicated coffee machine. However if you wanted to pay extra at the bar you could order a decent coffee.

Staff was excellent. Room was very nice, location was terrific. Very clean, very professional. Very nice stay overall. Beach was beautiful. Only issues we had were with our air conditioning unit having a broken fan that made a loud grating noise on every start stop (blades hitting casing) and they started roofing work at 8am.

It was a very satisfying experience. Loved the stay. Highly recommend it. Anuj,Dheeraj,Pankaj and Rahul were very helpful….
