Good location. Just next to the shopping mall

There was no cold water in our room
For a shower. Stupid boiling hot water and when we tried to control it with the handle it broke in our hands.
Pretty sad for a fairly new hotel.
Ordered 2 drinks from the bar and was almost $40. Wow. I was not happy.
Had to move rooms at midnight and I was not impressed.
Tried calling the front desk a number of times to complain and no answer
Continental breakfast was not free either which made no sense

Great suite, had everything for the kitchen (utensils, cutlery, pots & pans, dishes). Had in-suite washer-dryer for laundry. WiFi and Cable was included. Free parking. Close to everything in and around Victoria - Langford - Saanich; even Butchart Gardens was only 30 minutes away. Found the mattress too soft for me, but fine for my wife.

Was clean, bed was comfy, staff was very nice.
Breakfast was good and had lots to eat.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was eating in the back room and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Also, he did not mention about any amenities or breakfast being offered.
