My family and I had a great stay at Chateau Bleu. I really appreciated how well they communicated with us about our check?in—it made everything smooth and easy. The hotel looks exactly like what you see in the ads, it’s clean, and the food is genuinely good. But what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we met was polite, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile or a warm good morning. I’d definitely come back and would happily recommend Chateau Bleu to friends and family.

Great hotel and staff. Very welcoming front desk and management arranging for well appointed room. Pool are is very nice. Great hotel gym for exercise and training with weights machines. Overall very satisfied with my stay at Shelborne in Miami!

Great stay. First family trip with my little girl who is 2yr old and she loved here water park, whirlpool bath! We will come back again ;)

Luke warm water at best. Low water pressure so toilets don’t flush properly very limited parking and overall not very clean
