Personeel was zeer behulpzaam, accuraat en de kamer was steeds perfect schoon. Complimenten !

We stayed at the Marriott Niagara Falls and honestly it felt more like a 3-star hotel than a luxury experience. The location and the waterfall view are good, but the prices inside the hotel are excessive for what you actually receive. The internet is not included and costs around $15 per day, which is unacceptable nowadays for a hotel at this price level. At breakfast, a single cappuccino costs about $7, and the parking is around $50 per night while many nearby places charge closer to $15. They also do not even offer complimentary welcome water to guests. Overall, the hotel is very expensive for the level of service and amenities provided. You are mostly paying for the location and the view, not for the actual hotel experience.

挺好的酒店，除了价格稍微贵一些外没啥槽点。第三次入住了，非常靠近近高铁站，早餐非常丰富有家庭大床房。

This place is beautiful, peaceful, serenity at it's best. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and most importantly the bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend it.

Wir waren bereits ?fters hier. Aber diesmal war organisatorisch und qualitativ Verschiedenes anders: Das Hotel ist nicht mehr in der Steigenberger-Gruppe und es wurde einiges ge?ndert: Das betrifft vor allem die Restaurants, nicht nur organisatorisch, sondern auch qualitativ. Besonders entt?uschend war dies im "franz?sischen" Restaurant, in welchem die Auswahl im Rahmen der Halb-Pension extrem reduziert un die Qualit?t gesenkt wurde. Statt 4 bezahlten Mahlzeiten, haben wir daher nur eine eingenommen; die anderen in Restaurants ausserhalb des Hotels. Die bisherige M?glichkeit abends im sehr guten und vielf?ltigeren "Calla" Restaurant zu essen, existiert nicht mehr; dort nur noch mittags. Dies einmal probiert und war sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir entt?uscht von den Neuerungen; deshalb sind wir frühzeitig abgereist (nur 3 statt 4 bezahlten N?chten). Jedenfalls werden wir in Zukunft in Bad W?rishofen nicht mehr Halt machen. Aber es ist denkbar, dass ein Erst-Besucher diese Neuerungen nicht wahrnimmt und das Hotel insgesamt als sehr gut bewerten würde.

Abbiamo prenotato con la famiglia per le vacanze di Pasqua. Decidiamo di prenotare questa struttura poiché dalle foto presenti online sembrava davvero tutto molto carino, corrispondente ad un 4 stelle. Ahimè non era esattamente così. ????La struttura in generale, negli ambienti comuni è elegante e rispecchia i canoni di un 4 stelle. Molto bella e curata la hall e la zona della piscina, difatti qui si possono trascorrere ore di relax usufruendo anche del servizio Bar. Per quanto concerne la camera, ho potuto apprezzare il balcone. Belli e curati gli spazi esterni, i giardini. ???? il personale è stata una nota positiva di questa vacanza, sono stati cordiali e disponibili. ????Occorre un po’ di cura in più nei dettagli, ovvero negli oggetti e arredi che nel tempo invecchiano e quindi vanno sostituiti. Nel dettaglio le note davvero dolenti sono le camere, la pulizia e la colazione. Se avessi visto online le foto delle camere che ci sono state assegnate, non avrei mai prenotato. ????Gli arredi si presentano vecchi e non curati, un copriletto che lasciava molto a desiderare, come anche la pulizia del bagno, è stato difatti per me difficile utilizzarlo. Nel frigobar c’erano solo delle bottiglie di acqua e non era molto pulito; un paio di asciugamani non erano esattamente pulite, forse macchie del tempo? Ma ad ogni modo, anche queste vanno sostituite poiché non si può dare ai clienti asciugamani con delle macchie (vedi foto). Il set cortesia era davvero al minimo. Inoltre il mio guanciale era totalmente macchiato di giallo, un dettaglio da lasciare esterrefatto chiunque. Per fortuna porto con me sempre qualcosa di mio da poter utilizzare in questi casi. ????La colazione è stata davvero deludente: ci sono stati serviti croissant del giorno prima,duri e spacciati per freschi, fette biscottate e confetture, yogurt, qualche panettone, panini, qualche fetta di prosciutto e formaggio messi in un vassoio senza cura alcuna. Una colazione che forse servono in 2 stelle. ???? purtroppo le stoviglie ed alcuni bicchieri presentavano macchie, non erano presentabili. Tutti questi dettagli possono essere visualizzati nelle foto che allego a questa recensione. Davvero non si può tenere una struttura in queste condizioni, bisogna curare tanto la pulizia e sostituire gli oggetti usurati.

Leider gibt es 2 Punkte abzug bei der Sauberkeit. Im Badezimmer waren auf dem Fu?boden Verklebungen von den vorhergehenden G?sten. An der Wand beim WC waren ebenfalls Urinspritzer und herunter gelaufenes zusehen. Selbst nach jeder t?glichen Reinigung wurden diese Spuren nicht beseitigt. Da mu? man mal richtig schruppen und nicht nur mit einem feuchten Tuch drüber streicheln. Ansonsten war das Frühstück in Ordnung, man konnte gut und ruhig schlafen. Personal sehr freundlich. Evtl werden wir nochmals kommen.
