Overpriced during peak time and basic hotel far away from Queenstown. Unfriendly reception.

The room was clean, bedding was clean, the shower had decent water pressure and good hot water. The staff were fantastic and the restaurant serves very tasty meals at a good price for ample portion sizes. The airport shuttle left on time and got us safely to the airport. All in all, this is a great place to stay. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that there are dings and dents and signs of wear and tear, so possibly needs a little bit of renovating/up keep to look better. But overall, I would stay there again.

The staff were courteous .our room was spacious and clean.. The bed extremely comfortable. We had buffet breakfast one morning, it was excellent. We had one evening meal, the chicken consome was good. We did order a spaghetti Bolognese which never arrived.

Amazing stay! From the gentleman at check in, to the room to staff at breakfast, everything was superb. Hotel is really really lovely, our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely touch having ice cold water and fresh milk in the mini fridge as well for tea and coffee. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing - all complimentary, food was of a very high standard and staff couldn't do enough for you. Even on check out, the gentleman remembered why we were there and enquired as to how the wedding we attended was. The attention to little details far surpassed our expectations and we would stay here again without a shadow of a doubt. Worth every penny!

Very small bedroom, small tv, limited space, no safe in room, no shampoo for shower, did not get much support to find close by super market….location is good…suggest to reduce the price

Das Paradies mu? wohl gleich nebenan liegen! Wir waren in diesem, sehr pers?nlich betreutem Hotel 12 Tage. Es liegt unmittelbar an dem wei?en Sandstrand. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick und dem Balkon war sehr sch?n.Ein kleines Hotel mit 17 Zimmern ohne viel Schnickschnack aber sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr gastorientiert und immer freundlich. Georg der Manager, J4 der Metre, Sabrina, die nette Azubi und John haben unsere Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen und waren immer für uns da. Nicht zu vergessen - durch die unsichtbaren Geister, Zimmerfrauen, Küchenpersonal haben uns dieses kleine Hotel ans Herz wachsen lassen. Es war ein Traumurlaub. Wir kommen im n?chsten Jahr wieder. So ein Kleinod gibt es selten auf der Welt. Alles Gute fürs Team Conny & Roberto
