Clean room with excellent breakfast. All staff were very friendly.

Amazing time! I honestly loved the bungalows we stayed in, felt like a high end experience even though the signature stay is a better experience but we truly loved our room and the staff was so nice and the buffet was amazing didn't really need to experience the other restaurants and the bar in the lobby was amazing

Esperienza SPA pessima. Zero privacy, pessima gestione La cabina per il massaggio era situata accanto alla doccia della sauna e del bagno turco. Per tutta la durata del trattamento si è sentito lo scorrere dell'acqua, con evidente mancanza di isolamento acustico. A causa del vociare troppo alto dei clienti nell'area della piscina coperta della SPA , l'operatrice ha interrotto il massaggio ed è uscita dalla cabina per chiedere silenzio. L'episodio più grave si è verificato durante il massaggio , quando , la porta è stata aperta da un altro cliente, poiché il chiavistello risultava difettoso. In questo modo l'accesso alla stanza era consentito a chiunque . Segnalato l’accaduto alla responsabile: arrivate scuse scritte , omaggio di prodotti in camera e nessun massaggio addebitato Sia alla SPA , dove l’accesso ai minori è vietato che al ristorante stellato , c’erano bambini che giocavano tra i tavoli con arco e frecce senza alcun intervento del personale di sala o dei genitori. Dopo l'accaduto avevamo ancora un'altra notte di soggiorno , ma il silenzio della proprietà e’ stato più eloquente di mille scuse. Non consiglio.

Que dire de ce Paradis ? Tout y est pour passer un excellent moment de détente. Notre escapade fut un week-end magique rempli de bonheur. Dès le contact par messagerie avec Silvia nous avons senti le professionnalisme de la personne et son envie de nous satisfaire. L’accueil, la suite, le Tea Time, le jardin, la piscine, le petit déjeuner et le lunch tout est parfait soigné et choisi dans le moindre détail pour faire plaisir aux clients. Silvia nous a même réservé le restaurant pour le d?ner et ce fut un très bon choix. Merci ??Mesdames?? pour cet établissement super bien tenu où tout est fait dans un seul objectif faire plaisir aux vacanciers et leurs faire passer un bon moment. Les produits du petit déjeuner et du Lunch son locaux et choisies pour leurs excellentes qualités. Je ne sais plus quoi dire d’autre de bien sur ce lieu de bonheur… continuez ainsi à faire passer des bons moments aux citadins que nous sommes. Merci merci et merci !!!

I always stay at Hotel Ripoll when visiting Sant Hilari - the location is convenient and the staff are wonderful.
