The previous Haveli Hari Ganga was far better than the renovated one. IHCl may have taken over but there are scores of things that need great attention. The food was not at all up to the mark. We had ordered Sindhi koki and we were served maida naan with spring onion embedded. First of all we do not eat maida and we were served maida naan in the name of Sindhi koki. We wanted to order avocado sandwich with sourdough bread. The menu shows that it's available however when asked we were told sourdough bread is not available. So we ordered koki and alas we got maida naan. Over priced Aloo tikki was very less for a portion to be served to a single person. Lassi was also just ok ok. When we asked the Che Gaurav about such issues, all he had to say is ok . The chef had no knowledge of what's being put in the menu card and are those things actually available or not.He had no idea how a Sindhi koki would be made. I would say the older Haveli Hari Ganga was much better in terms of the vibe and service both. Walk in guests are not allowed and are told that they need to only book online. We wanted to visit the restaurant and only after talking to some front office staff we were allowed entry as we told them we are veterans of the older Haveli Hari Ganga. IHCL group needs to really intervene and check such issues.

半夜12点没热水，水还特别脏隔音不好，第二天5点就能听见挖机的声音巨吵，6点就跑路了睡得我浑身难受，不推荐不推荐

Reception team was very responsive with clear instructions with videos on key retrieval. Also on hand with prompt responses via WhatsApp if we had questions (WiFi). Plenty of towels for all five of us; thank you for that! WiFi worked great, hot water in showers also appreciated along with Clean linen. Beds were okay as far as comfort. B&B Suggested garage and price for parking garage for overnight was actually ten euro more which seems expensive, but on-street parking is not really an option. The Naples tourist tax is pretty steep if you ask me; nothing to do with B&B, but a consideration for those considering visiting. A toaster would have been nice to have on hand. Fridge was turned off so it took a while to cool off for our food and the ice in the freezer melted leaking into the fridge.

A pleasant stay which was situated close to the main tourist spots. Breakfast selection was incredible and delicious. Friendly and attentive staff which made my stay in Agra even more memorable!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below what you would expect from a 4-star property. The room conditions were poor, with inadequate cleanliness and a very unpleasant smell. Overall, the environment felt neglected and uncomfortable. The quality–price ratio is not justified at all. In my opinion, the 4-star rating is misleading, as the services and facilities do not match the description or promotional photos. I would not recommend this hotel and advise future guests to carefully consider other options before booking.

Our stay was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Train station was outside. We really like the barista coffee which they serve in the morning.

吃的非常丰富，玩的也很好，工作人员服务真不错，设施齐全，但没有atm，来的主要是日本，韩国人比较多，还有俄罗斯的，美女如云，泡酒店就行，但是如果出去，打车太贵了
