Absolutely beautiful spot, with incredibly cozy rooms, and amazing breakfast. Right by die Dreiflusseeck.

The hotel is located across the street from a Reading Cinema and not far from a major shopping centre with Woolworth and Big W. There is a Coles not that far away on the other side. The rooms were comfortable and we slept well. The microwave and toaster were put to good use. The only downside was some problem with the Wi-Fi on the first night, but it worked fine after that.

Veniamo in questo hotel da più di 20 anni che dire tante cose sono cambiate dalle camere rinnovate anche se prediligo la parte con lo stile più tradizionale ….. la ristorazione che sicuramente ha avuto un calo ma questo nn ha portato a nn scegliere qsto hotel …. La spa rimane sempre un loro punto di forza ambia e ben attrezzata ….. ma una cosa voglio precisare la cura del cliente che ci riserva SANDRA nella sala ristorante e’ unica attenta sempre alle esigenze dei clienti … il suo sorriso …. La sua simpatia fa sì che il soggiorno sia sempre impeccabile …..

Innanzitutto i nostri ringraziamenti all'intero team di Castel Fragsburg. Tutti, indistintamente, hanno dimostrato un'altissimo orientamento all'accoglienza ed al benessere degli ospiti. Il livello di servizio che questo hotel offre è molto alto e l'atmosfera che vi regna parla di tradizione e di autenticità. E, naturalmente, un sentito ringraziamento al management ed alla proprietà, molto attenta e presente. Soprattutto non mancate un'esperienza gastronomica al ristorante stellato. Lo Chef. Egon Heiss, e la sua brigata di cucina, coadiuvati splendidamente dal giovane e dinamico team di sala, hanno reso speciale la cena di compleanno di mia moglie. E che dire del luogo? Privilegiato, rinfrescante e molto panoramico. Torneremo presto.

Great one night stay. Basic room nothing fancy but done the job for our overnight stay with kids in a family room. Nice view of the mountains out the window. Good location inbetween Grasmere and Keswick. Free parking and we had a lovely breakfast which we really enjoyed for continental. Coffee was lovely. Fruit, pastries, toasts, cheese , ham, cereal. Full English option at the sister pub down the road. Good that the coffee shop is open for a drink till 9ish also serve cold drinks.

We loved our stay at 16 Bay. The lounge was great for breakfast in the morning/cocktails in the evening. The rooms were excellent, and the location was perfect to downtown and the harbor.

Excellent clean modern place to stay. Awesome shower too. My go to for sure.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Room very clean and inviting. Whole experience was very nice. Just would have liked a microwave in our room.
