The hotel is it in great location and is clean and well maintained. Some of the front desk staff are very helpful. The breakfast offered can definitely be improved. They should have umbrellas in the rooms. They need to have more than one English TV channel. It was an enjoyable day.

Great room amenities - fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, and TV. Also, it is in a good location, only about 15 to 20 minutes' walk from Grand Central Shopping Centre and not too far from Toowoomba Bus Station. It is also great value, and one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at in Toowoomba. I visit Toowoomba a few times a year to see family and friends, and I will definitely stay there again (glad I discovered it)!
