Staff were amazing from checkin to checkout we ate dinner in Zacks and enjoyed happy hour cocktails and breakfast in buffet. Great location for our trip to Toowoomba would highly recommend staying here

Albergo pulitissimo e silenzioso con ristorante d'eccezione. La cena è stata allietata da musica di Ennio Morricone, Lucio Dalla e classici vari. Il personale è gentile e segnalo in particolare quello della prima colazione. Dovendo mangiare prima dell'apertura del ristorante, al bar mi hanno detto che potevo entrare e servirmi di quello che c'era. Patrizia si è offerta di portarmi qualcosa in più, e nonostante avessi detto no grazie, l'ho vista apparire con una fetta di buonissima torta di mele mentre prendevo il te. Grazie Patrizia! Quando sono arrivata alla sera, la camera era troppo calda, ma l'ho segnalato alla reception dove hanno provveduto ad abbassare la temperatura e ho potuto passare una notte confortevole. La particolare cura della pulizia e igiene si può evincere dalla foto acclusa.

Les chambres sont magnifiques et le personnel est aux petits soins.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The food was pretty good and the staff were really friendly. The main bar with the fire was really pretty and full of character. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This hotel seems very new. Very friendly front desk staff. Restaurant and bar on premises, but ams just a short drive to other restaurants and shopping areas. Very convenient on/off highway. Rooms are not large, but very comfortable with all amenities. I had to give 4 stars and not 5 stars only because the soundproofing between rooms was not up to par.

Lovely spacious room overlooking Lacock high street. Friendly helpful staff, great food. We loved it!
