Pillow material must be sweat free. Rest food and other services were excellently good and comfortable. Cleanliness of rooms and all floor are good too.

This is by far one of the best premier Inns I've stayed at, from the moment I entered reception to check in I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I was very impressed with the premier plus room, super comfy bed excellent facilities

Phenomenal staff! Pleasant, courteous and helpful. Clean, quiet rooms. I know it sounds silly but I loved that I could control the thermostat. There are renovations going on currently but none of that was a problem..no disruptive noises or inconveniences at all. Restaurant had a small menu but everything I tried was delicious. There’s a coffee shop in the hotel and the barista was lovely and friendly and my coffee was wonderful. I was well taken care of. I will definitely book again at this specific hotel.

Lovely, room, beautifully decorated and very clean. The pub is gorgeous and full of character. Courteous, helpful staff. Outstanding food. Couldn't fault.

Fab hotel, very kindly upgraded to an even better room. All the staff are sooooo friendly . Great location and great room. We will be back
