Excellent hotel that benefits from an on site Brewer's Fayre. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The accessible rooms are just that. No issues fitting my wheelchair in. The staff a very friendly and helpful. Its great value for money. We use the hotel everytime we visit Ashby. Book with confidence. The on site restaurant is also great value for money. They were very good dealing with my Coeliac disease food requirements. The staff in the restaurant are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner each day and the value for money is really very good. We will be back!

Clean room, good breakfast buffet, easy access to the highway. With a gas station and convenient store nearby made for a less stressful trip.

Cabin was very clean and looked good as soon as we entered. Kitchen clean and a good range of utensils. Bathroom / shower clean and comfortable. Beds were good. Pleasant campsite for walking around. Pool and water slides provided fun for families. Close to walking paths and beach walks. Close to Victor Harbour town centre.

Visited this quiet premier inn again , spoke to Carol and Sophie on reception both very welcoming and friendly . Although it probably could do with a freshen up it’s always clean and they are happy to give you extra towels if you need them ,there’s always plenty of tea/coffee/milk and sugar available on reception if you need it . Never had any issues it’s even better now they do breakfast in the hotel.

Nice clean hotel in good location. A special word of thanks to Terri and Sarah who really made us feel at home. The two girls really made us feel like we were in a small family run hotel and not a large chain. Can't compliment them enough.

Il cibo e la spa sono tra le migliori qualità che ci siano: servizi completi ed eccellenti, sapori eleganti incontrano benessere eleganza, linee luminose invogliano soggiorni sereni, in modo accogliente. Una lode particolare allo staff e ai receptionist professionisti, dotati di grande ed elevata empatia.
