Staying at AmaZulu African palace was a spectacular experience. I chose the hotel by looking for accommodation on Google Maps. I lived a minute drive away when I was a young woman and wanted to experience the area again and the Kloof gorge. I had a huge and very comfortable room with a terrace which has a fabulous view over Kloof gorge. The beautiful plants within the hotel grounds added to the spectacular outlook over the view. The facilities in our room were beyond my expectation and were of the best quality. We loved the very spacious bathroom. The three staff member we met were very professional. The interior of the hotel made for a very unique experience and was a perfect ending for our six week trip in South Africa. Our only regret was not spending more days in Kloof at this hotel. You will never regret choosing this hotel. Hopefully, we will return.

Great location that's accessible to a lot of Bandung's highlights. Staffs are also accommodating to requests and hospitable. Great experience overall ??

The rooms were very clean and the hotel was nice and quiet even on a busy weekend. The elevator is quick and smooth.

Well positioned Premier Inn. Easy to find and park. Spacious clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Good black out curtains. Excellent free wifi. Quiet at night. Courteous and helpful staff. Reception Desk Bell for when staff not at Desk. Sensor sliding doors to enable getting bags in through front door easily. Ease of check in. Good restaurant immediately across from entrance. Plenty of parking space when I went but free parking would've been nice.

Receptionist friendly and welcoming on check in and also cleaning staff were very nice. Offered to book tables in restaurant and helped with local bus and taxi information.

The room was immaculate. The staff were amazing from start to finish. I enjoy drinks and great entertainment even all the customers were wonderful people and very pleasurable experience. I would recommend it for anyone staying in the area

Tv was not working hot and cold shower was broken all we expected was not working...we didnt have a nice vacation...towel came late they are not that organized...people shouting outside the room we woke up early because of noises they dont bother if there are people sleeping????
