The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We request for a more private room and luckily it was available. The management upgraded for us. Very much appreciated. Will come back again for next visit. Location is great, near the main town with lots of restuarant options. Near a beach and not very far from penguin parade

I recently stayed here with my wife and our 4-month-old baby, and it exceeded expectations in many ways. Pros: ? Exceptionally well-maintained property that preserves authentic elements from the fort’s historic era. ? Professional, attentive staff who anticipate every need—everything is just a phone call away. ? “Chhavni” tents feel premium and lavish, with comfortable beds and tasteful wooden furniture creating a cozy, upscale vibe. ? Super helpful team across the board, including standout mentions: Mr. Avinash at reception, Mr. Mundhe at the spa, the local “Didi” running the Puranpoli and Bhakri counter, and Mr. Akshay from Paytha Restaurant. Akshay noticed us struggling with the baby during buffet meals and kindly arranged room service for dinner and breakfast—a huge relief! Cons: ? Chhavni tents are quite far from the restaurant, and the property’s steep slopes make navigation tough for elderly guests or those with infants. Golf carts or electric carriages (even at a nominal fee) would be a game-changer. ? Some plates and bowls show permanent yellow stains, which could detract from the experience for hygiene-conscious guests. ? Quality of items like chicken sausages and cheese could be upgraded—these small details matter. Overall, a memorable stay despite minor hiccups. Highly recommend for history buffs and luxury seekers!

Excellent séjour ! La chambre était très belle et spacieuse, vraiment agréable. Le personnel était aux petits soins, accueillant et toujours souriant. L’extérieur est parfait pour se détendre, un vrai moment de calme. Et le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, rien à redire. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, on reviendra avec plaisir !

They were both so kind and attentive, always making sure our room was beautifully done and our drinks were replenished. They genuinely made our stay feel so comfortable and special. We really appreciated all their hard work

Lugar super bien ubicado , limpio , el personal de lo mejor , nos dejaron llevar una perrita con la única condición que no se puede quedar sola en el cuarto , el desayuno de 10 y 100% familiar.

这家酒店是不多的有护发素提供的。不过吹风机很不好用。另外感觉酒店有空房，但是却分配了一个窗外空调机位，很吵所以睡不好。工作人员态度不错,停车位充足。
