????? Wonderful Stay at Snow Land! I had an amazing experience at Snow Land. I really loved the hotel, the room, and especially the beautiful view. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. The quality and taste of the food were excellent, and everything was served fresh and nicely presented. A special thanks to Asif Ali for his outstanding service. He was very polite, helpful, and professional. All the staff members were also very kind and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Sabe aqueles hoteis que temos uma surpresa divina o AMA é um deles, que lugar SENSACIONAL, quartos amplos, internet otima, estacionamento que da acesso a recep??o, cafe da manha otimo, restaurante para jantar muito bom, SPA com piscina termica e sauna que vale ouro, eles tem um passe do ski bus sem custo, boa academia, espaco para reuni?es, nosso quarto tinha uma grande sacada com vista para as pistas, fomos MUITO bem atendidos pela Manuela e pelo Guilherme sempre muitos solicitos tentando ajudar, voltarei com certeza

We are serving with a problematic aircond, then the property agent offer us with a new room. The is even worse. We are not facilitate with toileteries, no towel provided. We need to understand the agent instead. We ask for checking out and demand for refund. Luckily trip help us a lot. Thanks to ttip for assisting us.
