Na een nacht in een hotel, is dit een mooie afwisseling. Erg aardige en behulpzame mensen bij de receptie. Het ontbijt is prima in een restaurantje verderop in de straat. Een mooie tuin en een zwembad. Maar daar was de temperatuur nu te koud voor.

Das Zimmer war sehr sch?n. Modern und sehr sauber. Top! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Very nice staff, nice hotel and restaurant, very tasty food, especially seafood, peace and quiet, you can relax. I can recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Tony Tours for making our trip unforgettable.

So we checked in and were told as loyal IHG members despite booking with ******* we would get late checkout commentary from the hotel When it came to checkout I was told I need to pay and this was incorrect info provided I was unhappy with this. Service overall poor.

We have been coming here for nearly 20 years as we stayed here not long after I met my wife and we also got married here in 2020 which was a lovely day. We have always had lovely stays and the staff and rooms have been great but we stayed a few days ago and it seem to have gone more corporate, which I believe is due to new owners, buffet breakfast now instead of freshly cooked breakfast brought to you, no fresh milk in the fridge, menu not clear. All in all a disappointing stay for my 40th birthday and our wedding anniversary and we won’t be coming back whilst it’s in its current form, which is such a shame as it’s always been a lovely place. I also sent them an email expressing my disappointment and they just ignored it and didn’t even give me the courtesy of acknowledging the email. Such a shame Oakley Hall! You have lost some loyal customers.
