离剑桥大学区稍微有点距离，需要坐公交车前往，但也很方便，剑桥主要景点都没法停车，一般都是坐公交前往。前台也很友好，工作人员解答问题很耐心，无法提前入住，可以先寄存行李。稍微要吐槽一下，酒店竟然没有信号，全靠WiFi，不过全英国网络都不太行

Nice experience of contactless check in and other options, the only issues we experienced was is got pretty cold late evening and over night. We couldn’t get the hvac system to heat up the room, it constantly blows cold air no matter what we did to correct this issue other than completely turning off the power button. Please investigate that issue.

My stay was very good at aria resort and spa, best lake view from the hotel, highly recommend, The staff were Friendly and very professional special thanks to Mr. Subhash Rawat from front office.

It was a very nice and modern hotel with a large room and comfortable bed. The use of the spa was complimentary with the room and we were very impressed. There is a bar and restaurant onsite and although service at times was slow (but it was busy) the food was delicious and reasonably priced. My only downside was that there was no hairdryer but other than that all that was provided was very good.

We had a wonderful stay at At Heritage House! It is a lovely, small, boutique hotel with beautiful appointments, friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, and comfortable rooms. It's now my go-to place in St. Lucia!

Very spacious room, clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. The new and trendy coffee machine was a bonus.

Comfortable room, bed and bath, excellent shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent vegetarian restaurant, with breakfast included with room. Small but functional workout room. Prices are amazingly low. Our double with our breakfasts included was $40. Hour massage with facial, etc. is $20. Room service and restaurant prices are usually way less than $10 for complete meal and drink. Only knocks against hotel are that it is fully vegetarian and serves no alcohol. That turns out yo be no issue, because next door is an excellent restaurant, Tusk, with very pleasant indoor and outdoor seating. It’s also remarkably inexpensive. Location is south side, away from noisy tourist and commercial center. Uber or taxi to major sites will run $1 to $2. We stayed in the hotel for eight nights to see the sights and attend a wedding at the hotel. We had four banquet dinners and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

The staff was great, the cleaning staff did really well and the night desk person, I think she was an assistant manager, was very friendly and helpful with information.

The stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, casino and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk ?? staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong
