On arrival we went and check in. We are notified that we’ve been upgraded to an apartment which in itself sounded good. They had failed to book the car park that I booked earlier in the day after being prompt by what if I’m entering the room? There were no snacks skew Ott. There was only normal tea no herbal teas. I rang Reception and they offered that I could go down and get some biscuits and then thought better off it and said I can drop some off so that was good but only two packs of biscuits and we’re in there for two nights and they were two of us so I thought that was a bit mean next day. Our beds weren’t made. I expected the bed to be made but then when I looked on the rules for the apartment side then the rooms are serviced once a week to me. That’s not an upgrade. If your bed isn’t made every day traffic noise affected my partner so getting to sleep was a bit staying asleep with a bit of bit difficulty so maybe double glazing would help there.

酒店位置、装修都还可以，但是服务太差，每个房间只有两瓶水，再需要矿泉水3元/瓶，让送个枕头还需要自己套枕套。

Everything was nice, but it was quite noisy because of all the children. That’s pretty much to be expected, though, so overall it was very good

Une nuit passée au c?ur du désert d’Agafay au sein de ce magnifique lodge. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, la vue incroyable, la tente, le repas (meilleur tajine tomate kefta go?té au Maroc) et pour couronner le tout un fabuleux coucher de soleil avant de terminer la soirée au coin du feu. Cela restera gravé dans nos mémoires.
