There for a weekend with friends. Minor points for improvement heated plates for Dinner and food hotter.. No cocktail mixers which would be an asset. Due to cold weather more grit/salt for steps and parking area as very slippy. Staff were pleasant and food tasty. Great Building and Location

Cinstant banging of windows with weather and wind !! Looked at the windows and they were very old and outdated and havent been changed !!

My room was spotless, bed very comfortable and whilst arrival seemed odd the member of staff who greeted me was polite and helpful. They do not provide catering, which is not an issue unless you want a cooked breakfast. There is a breakfast box in the room with fruit, danish pastries and instant porridge pot which not being a breakfast person was fine. Dinner can be obtained at a pub 1 minute walk from the hotel. Room was spotless. All amenities provided. Staff were very friendly. Room was beautiful.

Clean and excellent reception.

The room was okay but requires improvement especially the bed. The mattress wasn't really good. The pillows are soo thin that you required 3 pillows stacked together to sleep. We also had some visits of cockroaches at night coming from the vents into our bedroom, the place needs to work on pest control. The aircon felt like it required cleaning of the filters, there was a smell of wet residue after you turned on the aircon. However, the ladies at the front desk was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Schon beim Check-in wurden wir mit einer Flasche Sekt empfangen und erhielten v?llig überraschend ein kostenloses Upgrade. Diese liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit hat unseren Aufenthalt direkt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Ein ganz gro?es Dankesch?n geht an die unglaublich freundliche Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin Silvia Londo, die all das arrangiert hat. Sie war vom ersten Moment an herzlich, aufmerksam und überaus zuvorkommend. Man hat sofort gespürt, dass ihr das Wohl der G?ste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Dank ihr und den ebenfalls sehr freundlichen KollegInnen haben wir uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Service im gesamten Hotel war einer der besten, den ich je erhalten habe – durchgehend kundenorientiert, aufmerksam und professionell. Das Hotel selbst ist wundersch?n, sehr gepflegt und bietet tolle Einrichtungen wie Pool (im Nachbargeb?ude) und Sauna. Die kostenlose Minibar war ein weiteres Highlight und eine tolle Zusatzleistung. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende rundum wohlgefühlt und k?nnen dieses Hotel w?rmstens weiterempfehlen. So viel Herzlichkeit und Service erlebt man wirklich selten. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!
