Friendly warm welcome on an extremely cold night led to a great stay!

Our 3rd time here but not because we like it.We only stayed as convenient to see family near by. However next time we may book Aveiro instead. Rooms are good size but no frills and basic. Always overlooking a car park. They have better why always give crap view rooms. If you have good views used them. Breakfast. When I asked for more eggs as they look very dry the staff said they been there for a while as breakfast started early. This was around 08:45. He went away and they come back saying the eggs would be for me we sort of surprise if I still wanted which I said yes. It's part of breakfast deal and breakfast it's until 10am. We got them mixed with old dry ones which wasn't great. Overall poor experience and won't be rushing back.

La camera confortevile e ben insonorizzata, con tutti i servizi necessari. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e di qualità. Un’esperienza molto piacevole: torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza esitazioni.

Staff were great. Only issue was parking. Difficult to get a park nearby whilst checking in, before getting access to car park. Not a disaster but a bit clunky

Nice quiet part of, away from the crowded areas yet short drive to restaurant and legoland

NON ANDATEEEEEE!!! Terribile!!!! Quando in un hotel a 4 stelle non si può bere dell’acqua perché la bottiglia è sporchissima e il piatto che ti portano lascia un alone nero sulla tovaglia e il caffè è in bevibile e il buffet della colazione impolverato e la camera fredda(a gennaio) con il bidet del bagno che non aveva neanche la mia bisnonna e la vasca non ne parliamo…le prese della camera che scattano quando accendi un phono e la maniglia della porta con il pomello e la chiave che neanche uno scassinatore professionista riesce ad aprire e le finestre senza zanzariere…neanche un ostello è così maltenuto ma passiamo ai servizi che avremmo dovuti avere: sala giochi chiusa pista di pattinaggio chiusa sala caminetto non riscaldata! Insomma siamo rimasti in camera per tutta la sera. Infine abbiamo preferito andarcene che passare 4 giorni di depressione totale, isolati dal mondo! E la cosa più assurda che nessuno ci ha chiesto perché stavamo andando via, hanno voluto solo i soldi senza chiederci il perché avessimo preso questa decisione! Neanche a convincerci di restare forse perché sono consapevoli della schifezza di servizio che offrono!da evitare assolutamente!!! Le 4 stelle che dicono di avere sono solo un’illusione
