Hotel 5 estrelas mesmo. Equipe profissional e com atendimento nota 10. Café da manha, instala?oes, tudo muito bom. Vale o que se paga.

Staff was very friendly and room was clean. We didn’t spend much time there, but the property was nice.

Die Doppelzimmer (12qm) mit WC/Dusche (5qm) ohne einen Schrank sind etwas für 1-2 N?chte. L?nger sollte man in diesen engen Zimmern auf keinen Fall n?chtigen. Selbst für einen Koffer ist kein Platz. In Bar und Biergarten ist Selbstbedienung angesagt. Bier und Getr?nke teuer und nur aus Flaschen. Restaurant mit viel Tamtam aber ohne echte Qualit?t. Serviert wird Ruck-Zuck-Fertigessen vom Gastro-Service. Sonntags ist Fertig-Pizza-Tag aus der Tiefkühltruhe in den Backofen. Insgesamt eine einfache Herberge für Menschen ohne Ansprüche. Aus vielen Gründen kann ich dieses Haus auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Все нормально. Новые апартаменты, есть бассейны на крышах и внизу. Заселение прошло в 3 часа. Чистота идеальная, такой чистоты и чистых зеркал не видели нигде в Азии.жили с 7 корпусе на 2 этаже. Не удобно будет с детьми и пожилым людям. Потому что подыматься в гору. Если есть транспорт отличное расположение. Тихо, бассейны работают до 8 вечера. Рекомендуем!

酒店回复：Прошу прощения это было написано про другой отель. Немного запутался с проживаниями. Этот тоже неплохой кондониум, рядом есть рынок магазины. Минус стройка идет. Бассейн на крыше с хорошим видом. На фото не смотрите

We had a nice room with space for the kids. The pool is heated and fun to play in- the spa was broken. Breakfast was nice with a big room and some adults tolerate kids at this hotel. Not exactly a family hotel, but we only encountered one grumpy old lady. Not sure why older people hate kids so much at these types of hotels. We mostly found it fine for our kids to be kids. The location is okay. There is a market and some quick food places nearby. We could easily drive to our planned destinations. The parking garage is great, since there is little parking in the area. It is not secured, but we felt safe and had a fun vacation/gym comp travel experience.

The hotel canceled my reservation without notice. They said my card declined but how can that be when I paid in full when I booked the room three weeks ago. The employee Patrick was no help at all and was very smug. I will admit my husband was for upset after a flight and having to drive an hour and 30 minutes from the Tuscan airport to find out the canceled my room. Patrick stated he couldn't do anything since I booked through a third party. I have used ******* for years and have never had a problem with any booking. This hotel did not want my business and it was very clear that Patrick did not want to help. Thank goodness when I called ******* and told them about the incident that happened they were able to get me a room at another hotel and 11pm at night. So I don't think it was a problem with third party booking. Someone messed up my reservation at this hotel and didn't want to take accountability for their mistake.

Спасибо всей команде за гостеприимство и проведенный отпуск. Комплекс действительно чистый , не загаженный. Видно, что за ним смотрят и трепетно к нему относятся.
