The room was very comfortable though the water in the soaking tub couldn’t get hot- I was told this would be fixed and it wasn’t. Just flagging it so it will be fixed for the next guest! It’s a disappointing thing when you choose the room for the tub!

Clean, artisan decor, huge room. Very friendly welcome and service from Ata. The restaurant staff, especially Hajar, are awesome despite their lack of English language skills. Ata can guide you to the best service and tour providers in Cappadocia - not necessarily the cheapest, just the best.

家庭房面积很大，视野很开阔，房间也很温馨，出房间门就有小露台，我们订了两间房，都有按摩浴缸，但是没有单独的淋浴，需要站在浴缸里。

O hotel tem um ambiente tranquilo e um nome que sugere descanso, mas a experiência ficou bastante aquém disso. O quarto tinha uma janela enorme virada para a rua. Ou se fechava totalmente a cortina black-out e ficava noite completa dentro do quarto, ou se abria e a privacidade desaparecia por completo. Ficámos num quarto virado para a estrada, em frente a um prédio em constru??o, e a partir das 8h da manh? o barulho é constante. Pedi para mudar de quarto e o processo foi desgastante: primeiro era preciso falar com uma pessoa específica, depois o sistema n?o estava a funcionar, mais tarde falaram numa possível troca com “extra” enquanto “iam ver”. Acabei por desistir. O atendimento na rece??o deixa a desejar — a comunica??o é fria, como se o cliente estivesse a pedir um favor. Em contraste, as raparigas do pequeno-almo?o s?o simpáticas. O pequeno-almo?o é fraco; acabei por comer apenas ovos cozidos. O espa?o exterior é calmo e dá para descansar nas espregui?adeiras, mas para quem procura um sítio realmente pensado para descansar, n?o foi a escolha certa.

Great experience! I would definitely stay here again. The cabin was clean and the bedding was soft. The resort had all of the amenities I needed.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel because it was close to where my niece is living. The hotel staff are welcoming which we appreciated. The room was welcoming very clean and comfortable. I would recommend Nightcap on Manhattan for a quick get away. We stayed for 3 nights.

酒店房间很多，标间两张床都很大。代客泊车停车收费较贵，可以选择停在路边或者远一点的地方免费但不太方便。

Okay, Fives is definitely not a five-star hotel, but honestly, the location, price, and staff more than make up for it. Pros: Price is shiok — especially if you book a few weeks in advance. Your wallet confirm happy. Location solid — Yes, it’s a few hundred metres further than the big-name hotels, but still right opposite Komtar JBCC. Just cross the road and you’re there lor. Staff all very steady — Always cheerful and polite. Stayed here more than three times already, and every time feels like coming home (minus the nagging from mum). Facilities okay one — No pool, but got a big, comfy lobby where you can nua while waiting for your Grab. Best part? Got a huge convenience store inside the lobby that opens till 2am. Supper crisis solved lah. Cons: No pool lor. So if you wanna float around in a bikini, go somewhere else. Never tried the breakfast spread, so cannot comment. Maybe nice, maybe meh. Other notes: Rooms are small-small one, and while they look clean, maybe don’t go CSI mode and inspect too closely. Not a dealbreaker though — just manage your expectations. Verdict: If you’re in JB for one or two nights, and you just want a good location, great price, and no-frills stay, this one is perfect.
