Yes room very clean safe issues but resolved it didnt work so very inconvenient had keep coming back

酒店在河边，我们住的河景房。酒店有到熊野本宫大社的班车，可以从前台预约。前台服务非常好，有中国人服务员，中文、英文、日文、粤语都 ok。建议大家订含早晚餐的，吃饭方便，晚餐自助很不错，酒水也包含，男士福音。温泉有室内室外两种。

The room and the staff were both incredible! Clean, organized and efficient! We loved the shuttle that took us everywhere. We will be back!

We had lunch and met friends who had been before and who had highly recommended this lovely village pub. We were not disappointed! Our food was delicious and superbly cooked. The staff were relaxed, friendly and yet very professional. Our visit followed an exhausting walk so we and our dogs relished the log fire in the bar and the welcome they were given. You can dine in the bar and also in adjacent rooms - such a refreshing change from open plan eateries. We travelled from Surrey - over 40 miles - but it was well worth the effort. Our experience was hospitality at its very best and we will be returning.
