The hotel, staff, food, rooms and pool are amazing but what a terrible business decision to charge ￡10 for parking. Which has to be paid through an external app. Going to lose so many customers.

Nigel and Pauline are the perfect hosts: warm, welcoming, helpful but not intrusive. Our room was huge and far above expectations: a breakfast tea tray yes, but open a wardrobe and there's a fridge, microwave, toaster and so much more! The pub they recommended for Sunday lunch was superb. We can't wait to go back.

Seasons is stunning, beautiful view, lovely staff, relaxing spa, clean rooms... But don't come hungry. Both restaurants - skybar and 483 are stunning and aesthetically pleasing. But the food leaves a lot to be desired. Lunch was undercooked and just not tasty. It took forever to order dinner, because the kitchen seemed out of stock of almost everything. If you want a steak, don't expect a side.. sides are extra! So you will pay almost R200 for just the steak! That's all. The meal experience really put a damper on the experience. Sorry seasons, but I won't be visiting again until I hear the restaurant is under new management. A special shout out to the staff having to continually apologize to patrons for the lack of basically everything. !

A very good hotel to stay in when you are in durban .surrounded by nice resrurant and close to the mall I Had one of the best breakfast buffet and they make the best currys

En route to stay here our car developed a major fault in a rural area. The staff did everything to help us, contacting a breakdown truck and talking to garages to find one that could help. They took the stress out if a very difficult situation. As an ex hotelier I really appreciate how unusual such help is, and it demonstrates well the level of service provided by the hotel.

Lovely place to stay in central knysna , impressive wooden atrium, polite staff and helpful as we stayed an extra night with a discount. Down side no lifts so not suitable for people with mobility issues

Everything was good, only, there's no partition between shower and closet, so water spark everywhere also the bathroom leveling was not proper, so water couldn't run to drainage
