Great hotel and we had a great time. Food was delicious. Spa was quite small and sauna and steam room didn’t get hot enough.

My experience at the Cygnett Hotel was terrible. As a hotelier myself, I intend to file a formal complaint with the corporate office. I chose this hotel after checking online reviews, which featured positive feedback—specifically mentioning the staff at the Manali Shiv Swati location. It was based on these details that I decided to check in with my family. However, in the restaurant, Mr. Sandeep took my order for a burger; after making me wait for an hour, he simply informed me that they were out of bread. There was no apology, nor did he show any sign of realizing the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, the specific staff members whose names I had seen online were nowhere to be found. I will definitely be complaining to the corporate office; it appears the staff members advertised online are not actually present at the restaurant. Mr. Sandeep, in particular, lacks both the competence to take orders and the basic courtesy to interact with guests properly. Specially I see a best review online service staff that's why I was choose the hotel w my family check-in but yesterday bad experience never again to stay here

老酒店了。服务态度非常好，酒店位置非常好。窗户外面就是建外大街，车水马龙，感受首都气象。 房间比较老旧，淋浴要站在浴缸里。 四合轩饭菜很好，也是酒店的加分项。

The hotel room was spacious and clean. But the bathroom faucet was kind of odd. It came out too much so was in the way when you are brushing your teeth. Hotel is close to tram stop Auditorium. Also there is a supermarket close by very convenient to buy water and snacks. Town is 15 min walk away.

Great location for restaurants and shopping but finding the hotel with the GPS was difficult due to the road block.

Fabulous property with beautiful suites in a great location in the centre of Castellamare del Golfo yet it is very peaceful and calm. Staff are friendly and helpful and they put out delightful fresh cakes that are baked everyday for you to enjoy throughout the day! Rooms are spacious with great amenities. Highly recommended.
