We arrived at Ingleside house and was pleasantly surprised how lovely it was inside. Staff were pleasant and very helpful during our stay. Parking was conveniently located opposite and cost around ￡9 for 3 days. We pre-booked the Sunday roast in Teatro, which was lovely. We also had breakfast included each morning in the same restaurant. The girl who served us was very pleasant and ensured we had a nice experience. The room was spacious and had a fridge and coffee machine. Toiletries and hairdryer were provided which was a bonus. The town was a 10 minute walk away and had ample shops, eateries and pubs to visit. We really enjoyed our stay and if returning to Cirencester we would stay at Inglesude again.

It was a great location and the staff was great, but our shower in room 132 only had hot water once during our stay. We probably should have said something, but that might have entailed maintenance in our room which we didn't want either.

The staff at the Somerset is amazing. Beautiful property. Like a home away from home for my family

Treated very well by all the staff at Krystal! Spent a full 2 weeks there and had a truly wonderful time! Kudo's to Rafael, Selene, (Both Concierges) and Jaime in the Buffet restaurant. everyday a smile and Spanish lessons with our coffee! Location is second to none by the way in Ixtapa. The staff is really friendly the service received from a member of staff Kaisey i think her name was. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. I had an issue in the room some things were missing she had given us the desk number incase. Kaisey went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism and always with a smile. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their role and makes guests feel so valued. Her positive attitude really stood out also when I was checking in there alot of people with complaining about the key not working. She dealt with that promptly. Thank you

Very good room and overall amenities. The breakfast was very good and the person who takes care of the kitchen keep everything very clean and organized.
