I find the property to be quite good clean and at a good location. The parking was slightly on the higher side and they were limited slots. When I was there. The check-in process was painfully long. This could have been better but overall service was reasonable.

Our go to stop off , trippy is awesome and our fur babies LOVE ?? it here , as do we. Staff is always super nice and welcoming. We will always be stopping here on our trips down south from Door County Wi. And on our way back home!

因想连着住二晚，5/13用携程旅行买的券预约了，5/14网页阴影不能约，让携程客服和酒店沟通一下，説是，今天下班了，明天早上答覆我，第二天一早收到消息説，不行。也没有携程客服和我联系。我们马上自己联系了昆明洲际酒店预订部的工作人员，工作人员很耐心地查看酒店后台的数据，説大床房没有，双床房可以预约。太感谢啦！这次去昆明选择昆明洲际酒店太超值了，前台还给我们升级了阳台房。酒店环境优雅，去海埂大堤方便，就是酒店太大了…酒店的工作人员从礼宾到打扫衞生的阿姨都热情周到地服务。早餐、中餐、晚餐我们都在酒店享用过了，味道不要太好哦！

离机场比较近，接机送机也非常方便，但是设施陈旧一些差，隔音也不好，主打一个方便为主吧
