Great Experience! Amazing and very kind staff!

H?tel en rénovation au moment du voyage peu devenir intéressant à la fin des travaux beaucoup de poussière si vous faites des allergies

Lors de l'arrivée, j'ai eu affaire à un réceptionniste très poli mais inexpérimenté et qui n'avait pas l'air formé de manière optimale. J'ai fait mon check-in en indiquant que je voulais utiliser le chèque cadeau accor que l'on m'avait offert. J'ai ainsi fait le check-in en ayant déduit le chèque cadeau mais le réceptionniste m'a dit qu'il allait se renseigner sur le fonctionnement du paiement par chèque cadeau. Aucun surclassement lié à mon statut accor n'a pu être fait car la moitié des chambres n'étaient pas terminées alors que l'h?tel devait ouvrir il y a 1 mois. La boisson gratuite liée à ma carte gold n'était pas non plus disponible sur l'application accor. Le réceptionniste me recontacte dans la chambre et me dit que l'h?tel ibis style ne prend pas les bons cadeau accor alors que j'avais mentionné que je voulais utiliser ce chèque cadeau pour séjourner à leur h?tel et que dans ce cas-là je souhaitais annuler ma réservation pour aller dans un h?tel voisin accor qui utilisait les chèques accor. Celui-ci me dit qu'il n'y a aucun manager disponible à l'h?tel pour annuler la réservation et qu'il n'avait pas accès au coffre contenant le liquide pour rembourser et que le fonctionnement du remboursement par carte ne lui avait pas été indiqué. C'est vraiment inadmissible qu'aucun supérieur ne soit présent à l'h?tel en journée car les réceptionnistes étaient livrés à eux même. De plus, vous verrez sur les photos des gaines électriques ouvertes se trouvaient dans la cour, super la sécurité si on emmène des enfants. J'ai contacté le directeur de l'h?tel et le service client accor qui n'ont pas dédaigné répondre depuis 12 jours, apparement l'avis de clients ne compte pas, très bien quand on travaille dans un métier de service. Il y a plein d'autres h?tels du groupe accor dans le quartier, passez votre chemin.

The hotel and appointments are generally very good. We really appreciated having a sleeper sofa available and the room and public space aesthetics are pleasing. We were disappointed at the breakfast options, as the oatmeal described in hotel materials was not available due to biscuits and gravy being substituted instead. Most of the other foods were unhealthy aside from some green apples in a basket. We did appreciate oat milk and yogurt (without gelatin) as options. The primary reason we will not be staying at this hotel again is that it suffers from the same flaw as many others: the room HVAC unit cycles on and off again noisily and does not include an option for the fan to run continuously. This disrupted our sleep throughout the night. I imagine hotels disable the function of continuous air circulation to save electricity ($), but it comes as the cost of good sleep for many of us!

I wish I could give this hotel five stars because the room was very nice, clean and modern with good amenities. But we arrived to find the elevator was not working and it was a long haul with a lot of luggage up to the 3rd floor. As they have no front desk or obvious staff on duty, they should find a way to offer assistance when the lift is out. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place for its good location and nice rooms.

I enjoyed my stay. Big thanks to Litichia and Douglas for making my stay enjoyable, memorable and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure I had all that I needed. Thank you guys hope to see you soon. If I return I plan to book Pelican Cantonements again.

Overbooked. No room for me.? They promised to payable back instantly, but they didn’t.? Extremely disappointed

I have stayed in several top rated hotels, so I am accustomed to what is nice, this hotel is extremely nice very clean, staff is always friendly and helpful, large parking spots available, rooms are interesting all rooms have a place to bring in your own food and serve , if needed there are dishes and a dishwasher, microwave,medium size refrigerator , you can stay here overnight or longer with all this amenities just like home.beds are comfortable and there is plenty of lighting which I think is awesome , most hotel rooms are just way too dark, there prices are way more than reasonable.

I stayed here for a few nights when visiting Paris for the Olympics in the summer. Check in was fine, the hotel held our bags for us as we arrived early and was leaving late. The room was ok, it was small and the shower was tight, but it was everything we needed. The location was great, close enough to train and tube stations and lots of restaurants and shops. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Paris.
