Basic hotel room. Totally fine for our needs. Good bathroom. Staff were very helpful. Free valet parking for my rental van was a nice surprise.

Cet h?tel était le pire qu’il m’était donné de voir. L’h?tel dispose de chambre neuve mais seulement pour la vitrine et pour prendre des photos. Lorsque vous irez séjourner dans cet h?tel, vous aurez droit à des chambres, miteuses, mal odorantes et moisies, l’odeur du vieux linge est à vomir. Nous étions tout un groupe, lorsque nous nous sommes plaint et avons demandé à changer de chambre la mauvaise foi des responsables à la réception était incroyable.

Pros: Staff was friendly. Room was clean and ready.
Cons: Not enough towels and washcloths in bathroom. Free breakfast is what you’d expect. Hotel’s ridiculously close proximity to I-85 makes sleeping in a front-facing room nearly impossible unless you’re a very heavy sleeper or you have difficulty hearing. Tile work being done in hallway directly outside our room until 9:30 at night. Tiling tools and supply mess all over the hallway.

Jacuzzi was out of order but no proper no proper notice was sent and the main reason I booked it was to use that amenity

One of the most exciting activity. I had recently met with an accident and had fractured my left arm, but most enjoyable part was our guide, and another couple who was with us helping me when required. Madan, our guide is extremely knowledgeable ,courteous and caring. My best wishes for his growth!
