Poor staff support. Did not care what you think about anything. They have some kind of bakery/coffee shop in the lobby. All the food is stale but they don’t care.
Also, I prepaid for my stay and guess what: I still had to pay another $50 per day plus taxes when I was there.
Really disappointed.

Location of this hotel is beautiful. Rooms are very small. Big issue for to keep luggage. Bathroom is very small. It takes long to come hot water before that too much cold water waste. Owner should adopt latest technology so no wastage of cold water . Breakfast has limited choice. No poha no samosa no kachori only one two items. Taste was not good. Staff was not educated

The room was emaculate and the staff were excellent. Even in the smaller room I was in the bathroom and bath was full size. The only downside was the roo. Could do with a plug near the bed for phones instead of aolely being accroas the room.

位置是很好，对面就是海滩，房务人员非常热情。有需要跟他说他都会协助，就是价格比市区稍微贵，楼下虽然是酒吧，但是我住在四楼，几乎没有听到。房间也准备了耳塞，给客户使用。浴室偏小，床及被子很舒服，忘了拍房间里面，照片就跟网站一样，只拍了饭店外面的景色。

Das Zimmer war makellos. Es ist ein sch?nes kleines Hotel in gutem Zustand. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es ist individuell und das hat uns gut gefallen.

Great room on top floor, really quirky, lovely minibar and snack selection plus free water and choc bars- theyve thought of everything- there is a hairdryer , bathrobes, toiletries- great bar/Restuarant area and the staff were superb (big thanks to Adam ) will dev stay again

酒店很方便，离京都站10分钟路程，离伊势丹、永旺也就8分钟左右路，旁边5分钟有巴士去清水寺，所有都很方便。房间蛮大，蛮好。
