Worst ever booking agent. Not responsive. Don't provide QR code. Basically scammed Will never use Trip.com to book again too.

这次在白玉兰酒店的住宿体验真的太棒了！一进房间，就感觉特别干净整洁，床铺柔软舒适，让人一躺上去就不想起来。房间里的设施也很齐全，电视、空调、热水壶等都运转良好，而且还有免费高速Wi-Fi，上网特别顺畅。酒店的服务也特别周到，工作人员都很热情友好，每次遇到问题都能及时帮忙解决。酒店的位置也很方便，周边交通便捷。总之，这次在白玉兰酒店的住宿让我非常满意，下次有机会还会选择这里。?

We reserved 5 rooms since February and we had 5 cars. The price that was given to us was in euro and when we checked in they made us pay around 80€ plus for each family despite the fact that we already had email confirmations about the price in Euro. This amount was not present in the bill which they gave us 2 days later and never offered us the possibility to talk to the administration. After that we payed for the parking which turned out to be another scam. We were handeled a paper which was not a bill and we were told that we had a discount on the parking. When we left the hotel(which was left 1 day in advance) one of the recepsionists requested information and extra payment for the parking which we did not agree. She went outside and photographed our cars!!!!! One of us saw it and we immediatly requested to delete them because this is a violation of privacy and violation of personal information. The lady made sure that some other guy from the staff was outside to take pictures again!!! Against every law in the world!!! The hotel has no signed labels that is surveyd by cameras and imagine being photographed!!!! The only good thing was the cleaning staff and the food. Never coming
