Basic clean hotel, friendly staff and room comfortable enough, perhaps bring your own pillow as lumpy. Excellent location and 7min walk from station, buses 30sec walk away to Gatwick. Ear plugs probably a good idea as you can hear the water system. Amazing value

My family and I have stayed here many times. Always has parking available. Rooms are spotless, spacious, and property is quiet. Staff is extremely responsive to any needs. Kitchens are stocked with all that you could need for equipment. Property is well-maintained. Onsite laundry facilities for extended stays is nice. Can be to the plaza in minutes. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, excellent staff

The walls are paper thin and we could plainly hear the conversation of the people in the adjacent room as well as in the hallways. There was a fair amount of light coming in from the doorway and we had to put pillows and blankets around the door to block the bright hallway light.

Maintenance of rooms was poor. First room ac was loud and the refrigerator was inoperable however the replaced right away. We “upgraded” to veranda room for two nights and the tv had two lines down the tv due to a pixel issue and there was construction across the hall. They removed the upgrade fee but did not replace the television. Staff at front desk, gentleman was terrific, and check in but person we shared feedback about second room was not nice at all. Breakfast was inconsistent. Some days good, some not. Who wants hot hard boiled eggs for breakfast?

Perfect location in Navi Mumbai. Superb food, Wonderful experience. Supportive staff and Ms Pammila's hospitality was excellent.

The apartment was nice and spacious. It had everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect: lot of public transport connections, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Walking distance to everywhere in CDB and the river side. One thing I could understand was the schedule of housekeeping. Before 8 am is totally too early for housekeeping. The AC kept unusual noice which was annoying.
