All good had a lovely time. Only thing I didn’t

The shower handle needed attention before we could use it. One of the bedspreads was clearly dirty from a past visitor. The Kurig coffee pot was not operable. All items were fixed, but it didn't make us feel good about the room.

The staff friendliness is just amzing 10/10. Excellent Service.Our room had amazing view of the sea and opposite resort called Gayana. Dinner: Only Buffet option is available and its about RM167/person +taxes. The spread are fairly good and it is delicious. Though they do have 2 more different Restaurant in the island,Japanese and fine dining. Breakfast: Included in the room price. Menu changes daily. I have nothing to complaint about the room,for us its comfortable.All rooms have exactly the dane Designs the only difference is where it is located. You are paying for the view. Activities: For me I think 3 days 2 nights are perfect to spend your time here, swimming by the pool,kayaking,snorkling,Jungle trekking, visiting the private beach. 1 hour complimentary use of snorklinh masks. I like the public guests showers and towel provided.Very convinient. One thing that I would like to comment is the boat fees are relatively very expansive.15 mins speedboat per person one way cost about Rm80+taxes..Just return trip cost RM170++ per person. This is not even including island conservation fees and tourist fees. All this added fees makes the Hotel cost more expansive. Because a boat trip to nearby or same Island cost only Rm40. GAYANA ECO RESORT provided inclusive/complimentary return boat fees. I hope the Management can improve this because we as Guests are going to spend more money on F&B and at the Bar. Last but not least I would like to compliment the service and staffs in thsi Resort I think they did such an amazing job. Overal? the Resort is beautiful andclose to the nature.

Struttura molto accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite Dorfblick. Bella, rinnovata recentemente, di grandi dimensioni. Molto accoglienti per chi gli amici a 4 zampe. Camerieri e personale molto gentili e collaborativi. Colazione ottima, con prodotti freschi e di alta qualità. La cena invece non è stata in linea con i nostri gusti. Avrei preferito più piatti austriaci e tirolesi che quando sono stati preparati erano molto buoni (meno quelli “mediterranei”). Buon rapporto prezzo qualità. Punto un po’ negativo: la struttura ha un campo di training (molto ben dotato !!!) che viene utilizzato anche per far espletare i bisogni dei cani. Sarebbe bello se avessero un’altra zona adiacente dedicata, penso che non sia (per ora?) possibile poiché i terreni adiacenti sono agricoli.

Overall the hotel and room are clean. Parking machine not working. The plug for charging cellphone is so hidden under the night table that it's almost unreachable.one has to kneel and crawl under to plug in cable.. No YouTube and Netflix like other hotels.

This Grand Old Hotel is Magnificent!!! We were lucky enough to be booked here with a Gate 1 Tuscany 7 day tour with our son Matt. The front door staff was excellent and by the second day they knew what our room number was and had the key ready as we walked in from out side. The included breakfast buffet was excellent as was the restaurant staff. If we were not in our 80's and were able to travel to Montecantin Terme again we would love to return and stay again in room 116 on the second floor. Ha Ha This old jem of an hotel was 100 yards from the train station and the rest of Italy was ready to be explored.

Location and atmosphere is good. Rooms are old and small in size. Customer support staff needs to be more attentive. Food is average.

Beautiful room, great location, Praslin is the most beautiful place I’ve visited out of 55 countries.
