The cruise itself is one of the best boats around Staff they try their best to keep clients happy But the management of the boat is were it ends Limited food onboard kids treated like adults in terms of food? They asked about our dietary requirements my wife has allergy for cheese and still she got her food with cheese All inclusive means food only any extra drinks younpay for EVEN SOFT DRINKS OR COFFEE. No coffee onboard unless u purchase Food food food is very limited and expect they run out of anything anytime.? Take weekdays cruises better calmer Only book the mid to beginning section of the boat do not take the back of it engine sound is high.

The property views were so beautiful, the staff were amazing attentive, helpful, and responsive. Breakfast and room service was excellent. Also the room was very clean. The only problem with the stay was sounds carry from the adjacent rooms easily and the bedrooms are primarily glass windows and doors so you could hear everything. Lighting at night was poor. The paths to the rooms are not for everyone, would not recommend to elderly or disabled/ handicapped

The hotel was great. Celina who is at the pool is absolutely amazing. As a solo traveler who does not speak English, she went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and safe and even taking the time to talk with me and make sure I ate. The hotel was clean and very beautiful. All the staff was very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway - staycation. If what you are looking for is an all amenities, active, accessible, stay- this is not for you. If what you want is a quiet, peaceful, nature, serenity feel- then this is it! Keep in mind that they are under renovation, but other than that it was perfect. Juan, the property manager was great to communicate with! He was very transparent about the renovations, etc., but accommodated us also given that I made the reservation the night before. He arranged pick up at the airport for us which was very helpful because it is far from Bucaramanga. The staff were onsite limited amount of time- so do not rely on site entertainment. But breakfast was brought to our room each morning and was delicious and dinner was also very tasty (and so were their cocktails). Unforgettable scenery, friendly dogs on the property, which also made us feel secure. During the day we did a walk around in the locals were really friendly and even share some beer with us. Since the staff are their limited hours, there is a little at home store down the street. He was a perfect way to relax and get away from life’s busy schedule. I highly recommend to get tours to San Gil and Barichara and many will pick you up at the lodge. Lastly I recommend to schedule a massage! Juan helped us schedule and the massage therapist had a great set up and was very relaxing

This is a fantastic hotel. The location is incredibly convenient for catching a taxi or walking to tourist attractions; the alley is wide and quiet, and it's close to many great restaurants. The rooms are clean and tidy, the kitchen is very relaxing and tastefully decorated. The owner and staff are enthusiastic and helpful, making for a warm, home-like experience. Breakfast was delicious, especially the meat porridge. I wanted to eat it again the next day, but unfortunately, they replaced it with mung bean porridge, which was even better. You should definitely come here. You won't regret it.
