Fantastic resort, amazing rooms , great food options and very helpful and courteous staff. Absolutelt will recommend as probably the best place to stay in Petra

Not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is very basic. Coffee machine not stocked up. Room service was hit/miss. Staff were kind. Room was 2 star by US standards.

Ich war eine Nacht im Einstein. Superior Doppelzimmer (528). Herzlicher Empfang mit schnellem Check in. Gutschein für Getr?nk an der Bar erhalten. Welche sehr beliebt zu sein scheint. War abends gut besucht und hat eine sch?ne Atmosph?re. Hotel und Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Ausstattung und Design etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bett sehr bequem. Abendessen hatte ich im Bistro gegenüber im Congresszentrum. War lecker und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Dort wird auch das Frühstück serviert. Buffet. Eierspeisen auf Bestellung. War umfangreich und lecker. Spabereich auf mehreren Ebenen im Nachbargeb?ude mit direktem Verbindungsgang. Cooler Pool mit Glasboden und direktem Blick ins Gym. Mal was Anderes :). Mehrere Saunen. Check out ebenfalls schnell und unkompliziert. Geparkt ebenfalls im Congresszentrum Parkaus. Fazit: wenn St. Gallen, dann ins Einstein!

Hi, I booked this room few days back & I travelled from India to London it was a visit trip and it was really a very great experience I had with the service that was best as per me. Mr. Akshat yadav a team of travel lodge Twickenham had take-care & guided us in each and every thing from check in-out. The process didn’t took much time as I expected this went smoothly and gave his best shot. The hotel was neat and clean, room service was good, food was excellent espically the pizza service offer 24hrs it was the best for me if some one is hungry then they would have this option to have at any time in late nights. I would recommend to definitely visit this hotel it is friendly budget and the service was awesome thanks for Akshat yadav and to his co-staff who gave excellent service thumbs up ?? to you people and I hope this remains the same in future. I would Definitely recommend this to my friends and even family to visit this lodge for stay. Thank you travellodge for your service????.

my first was not in good condition the bathroom was out dated. Heat never warmed room, room had no hot water, air vent in bathroom very dirty, phone didnt work and tv kept blinking out all despite the maintenance man attempting to repair them. I was give complimentary breakfast coupons for the inconvenience and move to a different room. When we went to use the coupons the experience was horrible. First cup for coffee was dirty, second cup was clean but was given a spoon to stir only to realize I had two spoons stuck together by food from the night before. When i showed the waitress she laughed like it was ok. That pissed me off so I asked another person to wait on is. He explained the dishes issue happens all the time because it depends on which dish washing machine they use. “good grief Charlie brown” I then asked could they give complimentary night i was told no because i book with third parry even after verifying I was a Bonvey member. A LOT TO EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST TIME STAY

Nice and clean

Das Zimmer im 5.Stock, ruhig gelegen mit Balkon und mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Dünen und den Palmengarten.

We had a great stay at the Royal Palms and would highly recommend. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - the property felt like an Oasis and it was just a short and pleasant walk to downtown Hamilton. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home. We made use of the lounge space and especially enjoyed the wine hour each evening, which was a great opportunity to chat with staff and meet other vacationers staying at the hotel.

Such a gem! So peaceful, comfortable. Beautiful layout.. plenty of space to be. Would highly recommend!
