Hotel staff is warm-natured & professional. We loved the authentic atmosphere and the location is very favourable. The rooms are not large but of high quality finish.

退房之后从我卡里扣了185刀，打电话过去説是误扣，第一天的接线员説立刻cancel了，第二天早上之前就能到账，第二天接线员态度十分之差，并且説法与第一天的人不一，号称对于这笔交易没有access，让我等5-10工作日再联系accounting的人。

Im Hotel Schürger habe ich mich rundum gut aufgehoben und freundlich empfangen gefühlt. Mein Zimmer lag nach vorne, war ruhig und nachts habe ich die Verdunkelung durch die Rolll?den genossen. Gut geschlafen habe ich auch auf der weichen Matratze. Man merkt positiv, dass der Betrieb familiengeführt ist, denn das Haus ist keins der kühl-neutralen Hotels. Für mich hat die Ausstattung im Charme der 90er wirklich gut dazu gepasst, ich hab mich wohlgefühlt. Schwimmbad/Sauna und Abendessen habe ich nicht genutzt, daher kann ich Beides nicht beurteilen. Das Frühstück war gut. Gern komme ich wieder hierher.

This hotel is very nice and very clean hotel but My experience with this hotel quite literally was scary because at night time got a few things happen. So scary and hunted for me and my family when the door is bell without any person around.? Something is moving around the room and noises coming from the window, we’re all just trying to ignore this situation but for you guys information I stay at 611 and 612.? Thankyou

Excellent large comfortable room. Clean and spacious bathroom with double jacuzzi. Restaurant excellent - breakfast delicious and evening meal outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed by everyone in our group.

Great location and service was superb . Breakfast buffet has a wide range of choice . Would definitely come back here again
