Located near the Lotus market. Rooms are spacious but not much inside them. Furniture was old and cheap. Toilet was loud and took forever for the reservoir to fill up after flushing. TV was useless. I liked that no keycard was necessary for power. Internet speed was good. Pool was nice. Restaurant near the lobby. Had a difficult time exiting the gate as it wouldn't not rise to let cars out. Eventually the hotel staff figured it out. Wouldn't really recommend this tired facility.

Awkward interactions with staff, missed cleaning our room two nights, and front room was excessively hot.

If you did not receive this service for a couple of days, it was probably because you placed a “do not disturb” card on your door or requested cleaning at a time when my colleagues were no longer working. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Variety of breakfast food was served. Room was clean. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

3rd time staying there, this time solo. It's my new favorite when I visit my mom in Phoenix. Close to a ton of restaurants, easy access to parking, seemed safe, and was a very comfortable bed and clean room.
