Great location 10 min walk to the train station, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. The room was very spacious and very quiet, it had everything i needed for one night's stay. The breakfast was honestly one of the nicest I've had at a chain hotel, great value

Excellent location, room spacious, close to outlet, safe surrounding and close to railway station. Esp like the mattress which is firm and comfortable. Definitely rebook again.

Came to Amsterdam for my brothers 18th birthday I had booked the delux double room with window We have been put in a room underground with no windows and room is in an absolute disgrace I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to stay here So if your thinking of staying here DONT! 1* IS TOO MANY!

Bom do ponto de vista do olhar geral, elogio a todo time de colaboradores em especial a Paloma que fez a diferen?a e Carlos metre. Café da manh? compatível / servi?o compatível . Quartos compatível porém, muito pequenos, mas ok . O ponto é que na recebemos a informa??o que teria nada na frente do hotel e tudo estava interditado e aí chegando fomos pegos de surpresa que o palco gigante ficava na janela do quarto 312 foram duas estadias para descansar que na descansamos a festa terminava todo dia por volta de 3:00 a 3:30 e domingo terminou esse horário e já come?ou a desmontagem que foi o dobro do barulho, saímos esgotados se dormimos foi 3 horas em um dia e zero no sábado . A observa??o só é feita pois é um gigantesco erro de comunica??o. Tudo mais elogiaria, ainda que tivesse observa??es, esse ponto foi extremo .

Jag vill l?mna ett klagom?l g?llande min vistelse. Badrummet hade svart m?gel, vilket ?r oacceptabelt. Dessutom var rummet mycket lyh?rt och ljud fr?n angr?nsande rum h?rdes tydligt sent in p? natten. Detta gjorde att jag inte kunde sova ordentligt.

I’ve stayed at this boutique hotel three times now, and overall my experiences have always been very good. The place is consistently clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which is why I keep coming back. A special mention must go to Princess, whose service is always absolutely top tier — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She really makes each stay feel special. The only area that could use some improvement is when other staff members are not around; at times the owners can appear a bit impatient, which slightly affects the atmosphere. That said, it doesn’t take away from the overall quality of the experience. All in all, it’s a lovely boutique hotel with great service, a warm environment, and high standards of cleanliness. I’m always happy to stay here and would recommend it.
