Booking in - after long journey had to wait outside in heat for 10 minutes with our luggage’s, entry to lobby was not permitted by security even after showing booking reference.
Room facilities were very good, it was clean and fresh.
But building work was on going in room next door, room opposite and room upstairs, drilling and hammering between the 3 rooms from 0900 till midnight.
Gym was very good and clean.
Swimming pool had no lifeguards, we were the only people who showered before using the pool, there didn’t appear to be chlorine in the water and although not 100% sure but by third day we both caught the flu virus probably from the sneezing kids using the pool.
Booking out was simple from the room, but exiting car park was firstly expensive at 95 ringets for under 3 days, and secondly took 20 minutes to exit the car park as their payment system was not processing card payment, eventually we paid 100 ringets cash for someone to use their account to exit the car park.
Location of the place was excellent, approx 30 mins walk to most places we wanted to visit, however after the first day of walking where we both nearly vomited from the raw sewage smell walking further down the road we took a grab on second and third days.
Summary: new building, has potential but clearly not ready yet for guests.

这是一家非常温馨的酒店,位于菌子市场中心,位置好,停车方便。房间整洁卫生干净,采光好。前台小姐姐非常客气。美中不足就是时间有限不能长住,下次还会再来。

开业没多久的酒店,离古城有些距离,没车的游客行程会有点周折。
优点:房间设施周全,灯,马桶,窗帘,电视,WiFi都是智能控制。1米8大床,很舒适。
槽点:应下午2点可以入住,我们5点到的酒店还不能及时办理入住手续,我们幸运在前台只等了20分钟。期间和同样办理入住的游客聊了会儿,他们等了一个多小时??。
房间一边是未开发完的楼盘,一层还在施工,另一边挨着马路。因为是新酒店,整个酒店及房间的甲醛味道非常大,可能本人比较敏感,入住没多久嗓子就感到不舒适。和前台协商,态度很好但没办法解决(酒店没有临时移动空气净化器,窗户又不能完全打开,只能向前推开一些,因为是智能窗帘,夜里还得想办法把挡住的窗帘打开一点散味儿)。建议有孩子和身体欠佳的游客暂时慎选,毕竟身体是重要的。酒店是拿我们游客当净化器了??。
早餐人多时菜品供应不上,餐厅两个服务人员,一个煮面,一个上菜打扫根本忙不过来,所以用餐环境略显凌乱无章。
总结:虽然是刚开业的酒店,但是毕竟是如家旗下的,想问题应该再周到灵活一些。硬件齐全了软件是不是也应该提升,人员配备、空气甲醛封闭等等。,或提供空气净化器供临时使用。毕竟现在还不是五一十一的旅游旺季,现在都应付不过来十一怎么办呢?诚恳的建议,希望酒店有所改善。

在沙漠里的酒店,环境不错,打开门窗就是沙漠,孩子喜欢的不得了,不限时玩沙子、滑沙,晚上我们还去看了星星。在沙漠里能有这个住宿条件不错了??餐厅的菜也不贵,而且味道很不错??早餐也丰富

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Came with a family of five, had a great room with excellent views. But the service was unmatched. Staff made us feel at home, and took care of us like we were the only guests in the hotel. We enjoyed benefits of the gold room, including complimentary drinks, breakfast, and afternoon tea. The spa and pool were also exceptional.

本来想再次入住这家温馨的酒店。
我觉得硬件真的很好。
但是硬件那么好的万豪酒店,
为何价格越来越低呢?
所以干脆不住这里了。
我也是百思不得其解。
现在的酒店都那么卷吗?
可是价格低意味着品质会越来越差吖。
给一分是认可业主的硬件投入的。
其他的我觉得这个管理团队不像万豪。
