Clean, basic rooms. Friendly staff. Stairs needed to reach some rooms. Neighborhood is working class neighborhood with graffiti everywhere. I returned late one night and passed 2 police investigations ongoing on the 1 km walk from Metro.

The view and location make up for some of the shortcoming of this hotel. The rooms seems a little dated and the mattress is decent but good be slight better. The power went out a couple of times but it went back in about a minute. However the view is amazing and it is right on the water. The pool is huge and was great to swim in the hot humid Mombasa weather. They served a cooked to order english breakfast the was really good. Overall I would defintely stay here again if I went to Mombasa.

The staff were polite and friendly, room was clean. The breakfast was very disappointing, very limited continental breakfast choice. I appreciate that avoiding food waste is important but not much selection at all. Is always a treat when staying away from home for us so wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel property nice. Staff were so friendly and helpful Inside the room don’t expect any 4 or 5 star quality. The bedlinen are of average,toiletries are of their own brand even then they have kept only one set with a family of four. Food it’s buffet due low occupancy rate I understand still if you’re going with a kid have to wait for 20-25 mins that’s kinda bad. Food menu cannot compare to 4 star property at all.

Overall great stay. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Walking distance to new shopping malls and ancient town centre. Clean lobby and room. Family room we booked comes with two double beds. The hotel also offers water fountain & instant coffee in the room and lobby if needed. Heritage fee can be paid using Visa card. Things for improvement: The bathroom has a bathtub 2/3 the size of a regular bathtub so it can feel a bit cramped. The aircon could use a bit of cleaning as it is visibly dusty.

Found the hotel amazing it’s at a good spot where all the destinations and spots are at 15-30 mins walking distance

We have just returned from a week at this Resort. We had lovely stay in the 1 bedroom penthouse, the hot tub was a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the beach,the sunloungers were perfect for reading in the afternoons. It was so nice to just walk out and be in the middle of Hastings Street to enjoy the restaurants and ice cream shops and so many interesting fashion shops as well. Everyone was so kind and helpfull and looked after our bags when we first arrived until checkin time. We are singing your praises to everyone and looking forward to returning.

Great value for its price. I paid about 115eur for room, dinner and breakfast. Also great room. I like these kind of family hotels with personal touch, nice rooms and located in a small village but about 35km away from Strasbourg. Easier to stay here instead of hotel in the city centre and more beautiful than hotel on the commercial zones. Great reccomend to stay here!
