The hotel windows open to a blank wall ahead. Maybe it’s the room we got (new wing), gotta be checked. The rooms are musky and furniture creaky. The strong damp smell is countered, unsuccessfully, by room-fresheners. The Dining hall is again dingy. Service is average at best. The silver lining is the Breakfast area and breakfast spread- quite good.

Excellent service from staff. Fabulous food. Really clean rooms and the hotel is besrifully decorated. Excellent value for money. Recommend for friends, families and couples. Will be back.

Walls are paper thin so all the noises from the next room are amplified, especially then taking a shower and flushing the toilet. Got woken up at 2.20am by a piercing loud fire alarm. Room was tidy and clean, nice shower, didn't want to use the leisure facilities or anything else. I was on the ground floor but despite hearing all my neighbours I didn't hear the entertainment on both nights. I wouldn't stay again, but you get what you pay for and it was pleasant enough.

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights and we had a lovely stay. Although the hotel is dated it was very clean and every single member of staff went out of their way to accommodate any needs we had. They were friendly and extremely kind. It made a change to stay in a hotel that had the personal homely touch as opposed to a more corporate venue. I would recommend this hotel and I’m very likely to stay there again. Well done to all the lovely staff at Goffs Park ??

Everyone was very pleasant, but the inn itself is kind of tired-looking. We only were given one towel in a room for 2 guests. But the bed was fairly comfortable and the pillows were good. The best part was breakfast! Loads of pastries and bread, a really good variety of cereals, yogurt, fruit, and lots of yummy hot food, too, and as much as you want. I’d give the hotel 3 stars, breakfast was 5/5.

The pool is pleasantly heated, much warmer than your average hotel pool up north!

服务太差，车开到停车场了，车满了，叫保安开下门我调头开出来听外面去，保安连这个要求都不行，直接拒绝叫我倒车到马路上去，后来停到对面一晚上付了60的停车费，这个酒店直接拉黑

Das Hotel ist leider sehr schlecht und lag weiter unter dem, was angeboten wurde. Das ist besonders schade weil die Küche sehr ambitioniert wirkt, nur der gesamte Service, mit Ausnahme einer Fachkraft, sich überhaupt keine Mühe gibt. Auf den Saunabereich wurden wir nicht einmal hingewiesen, wir wurden am Ende nicht gefragt ob es uns gefallen hat. Als wir erfuhren, dass sich unser sehr altes Zimmer im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug befindet wurde uns keinerlei Hilfe beim Tragen angeboten. Das Zimmer entsprach bei weitem nicht dem verlangten Preis, ebensowenig der Service insgesamt.
