Hotel a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Urbino. Posizione ottimo con una vista spettacolare. Camere spaziose ,pulite calde e con letti molto comodi. La struttura è a conduzione famigliare. La colazione buona e servita in una stanza con una vista bellissima. Hanno anche una SPA ma noi non abbiamo avuto il tempo di visitarla. Lo consiglio se ci si trova da quelle parti

This is a must stay location if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle in the small town of Saint Cyprien, but have access to all the wonders and beauty of the Dordogne region. The hotel is run by a wonderful family who make your stay as pleasant and peaceful as they can. The restaurant is excellent too!

Nous avons réalisé un séjour ??escapade et gourmandise?? exceptionnel, les équipes ont été attentionnées, particulièrement souriante à tous les niveaux : accueil, service et la restauration. Pour la restauration, nous avons apprécié la balade gustative et particulièrement l’accord vins et mets qui était parfait!

I was not happy about the service in general

My wife and I travel extensively and have stayed in many B&Bs. We were very disappointed by our stay at Hartstone. The staff were WONDERFUL and did their very best to make our stay comfortable, however the owners are clearly just taking cash from the building with little maintenance or upgrade. The room was very clean, however there were several holes in the walls that were roughly patched, but not sanded or painted. There was rust on the metal heater and doors. The mirror was chipped in several places. And more.... Most importantly, no one mentioned that the heat pump system was inoperable, while the outside temp was about 50F. When I tried to start the gas fireplace, it didn't work either. The staff tried their best, and finally the manager came and got it running in manual mode. The room became warmer, then way too hot (80F) so we had to switch that off. The manager brought a small electric heater and we discovered a small, rusty baseboard heater in the bathroom which we used all night to keep the room warm. We can't comment on the breakfast since we left early and ate breakfast in town.

Au top belle chambre confortable j' ai très bien dormi matelas et oreillers très moelleux.piscine très belle salle de sport petite mais il y a pas mal d appareils je vais a la salle de sport donc je connais bien la salle du petit déjeuné bcq de choix le personnel très gentil et au petit soins merci à eux
