Nice house. Good choice for driving travellers and skiing.

Good location and room is clean , laundry service is very good

Thread bare carpet, incorrectly fitted shower seat in disabled wet room and dirty soap bottles. Room very dated they are not budget prices and considering accessible expect a long walk and 2 non automatic doors to get through.

Decent place. The only issue we had was with the guy at check in. Think he was an owner. Spent at last 30 minutes trying to get checked in and all this guy wanted to do was bash America! As soon as he found out we were Americans he wanted us to know how bad our country is. He insisted we are the bullies of the planet that does nothing but start wars for no reason. He claimed we (America) was responsible for the war between Russia and Ukraine. He then went on to say that America orchestrated the events on 911. We were very offended by this man but being strangers in a strange land we didn’t know how to handle the situation with this guy. Other than this guy we loved our trip to Australia. If you’re an American I’d steer clear of this place. To the owner. You should leave world politics out of your business. You never know how cultures from other countries will react to your opinions. I think every American would have been offended by your statements. We sure were. Your hotel was nice and clean though.

Very friendly staff, good amenities with kitchen and outside area. Good location

La chambre elle-même et le personnel sont ( comme d’habitude ) nickel Le pb ( comme à chaque fois ) c’est l’ diction de la facture avec des montants divergents de ce que j’ai payé ( suite à ma réservation sur H?tel.com ? )

Cozy, private and culturally unique cave hotel. The breakfast is brilliant. The staff is supportive and friendly. When we ask for extended hours, they even don’t charge more. What a wonderful hotel!

The location was amazing and the view was awesome. The gospitality was very good , especially of the check in staff and the restaurant staff. The food was also very good . Special mention of Mr Sachin who was very helpful in planning the sight seeing and the other aspects of travel.
