We go to this hotel every year for three months,( November through February) and love this place! It in the quiet of old town which is close to the beautiful harbor a d yet quiet as no cars are allowed there. We add the delcious buffet, wonderfully prepared by the chef Elizabeta. Our rceptionist is very helpful, Greta always has a wondeful smile and solves all problems, while their great maintenence man, Teemu, happily does great repairs. Chania is wonderful in the fall and winter as there are few tourists compared to the huge population of tourists in the summer. We love this hotel, their kind and helpful staff and we very stongly recommend it! Our rooms were large, beautifully done, and inexspensive in the "off" season, while its still beatiful weather. Please try it. We will go again next year!

The grounds were impeccable. Most of the staff was pleasant, some not so much. I am from the United States, Chicago, very few people spoke or even understood English. That made it very difficult to communicate. at one point there was an area near your lobby that the grout was missing and I tripped and fell to the ground and scratched up my leg. I tried to tell the front desk, the problem, and no one understood me. I’m 66 years old so I hope you maybe look into that, it could’ve been worse for someone else. The room was fine, again language difficulties made it a problem to get information on your amenities. Your app was not working properly on my iPhone, so some of that did not upload and I missed some things to do. The Peruvian restaurant was my favorite, the food was fantastic, and the wait staff very pleasant. If it weren’t for the language, problem of not enough staff speaking English or even understanding English, and that includes your front desk, lobby people, I would love to come back. I came with my son, his wife and two-year-old grandson, who adored your baby pool, but he needed someplace to run around, and. Play. The children playground area was closed off. It would be nice if that we’re open for little ones to play on swing sets, etc. and not just always in the water or the sand. thank you for listening. Pamela Middaugh Donald.
