The front desk was wonderful, room was good, pool area very nice. The problem was the cleaning crew. We wanted to stay until checkout at 11:00, as our flight didn’t leave until 2:30. At 10:00, two cleaning ladies with their cart parked directly outside our window, constantly looking into our window, just waiting for us to leave. We were extremely uncomfortable! No one likes to be watched from a peeping Tom outside their window. It was terrible. When we were finally left, we couldn’t get out the door because their cart was blocking the way.

We stayed in room no 1206 the room was clean. Staff Tamil & Amritha are good at their work. We went for my daughter's first birthday and it was memorable. They provided baby food on the request which made my day. Pradeep was so helpful in the dining.

Fantastic location, super room , comfy beds , super aircon, lovely pools and wonderful beach ???. Buffet breakfast very expensive!

Regy was Amazing! Sooo helpful! Room was Very clean. Only 1 complaint.... NO BATHTUB! We are Servers and we needed a Soaking. We will be back! Thank you Regy !!fo!yoLoving

1，携程订单説到酒店后只要付40AED，但酒店让我们付了70AED，他们很肯定他们是对的，金额差距不大也不argue了，只是很纳闷。 2，优点:房间很大很好，餐厅餐饮也还不错的，大多数服务人员都很友好Nice，整体非常满意，值得体验入住。 3，缺点:行李车叫了需要10到15分钟才到，很慢。餐厅房间会有苍蝇小飞虫啦。度假酒店mini吧不含显得很小气，如果对标马尔代夫度假酒店就还差了那么一点点哟

The hotel is closely involved with tours to climb Kilimanjaro and some safaris. The main impression is that it is friendly and efficient. Food is good and gear can be hired. You can store items for safe keeping while climbing. The hotel is out of town and gated. The grounds are attractive. However some of the rooms are a bit basic. Overall if you are here to climb, it will serve its purpose well.

I just didn’t like where the room was felt like we were on the street so much road noice . But the breakfast was lush xx
