Quiet and had a good breakfast. Staff was friendly.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Since it’s new, everything smells fresh and looks great. We chose a room with a bathtub, and it was lovely. They have option to do housekeeping every day. A huge shout out to the reception staff! They were incredibly friendly, helpful with everything, and always greeted us warmly whenever we came in or went out. We deeply appreciate their kind gesture in granting us a late check-out. Location tip: Traffic can get a bit busy due to nearby construction, so instead of calling a Grab or Bolt, it’s much easier to use the BTS. The Ratchathewi BTS station is just a 10-minute walk away. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby. If you are looking for halal food, you do need to walk a bit further, but it’s manageable. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay.

体验感非常不错，装修不是华住会那种连锁型的，比较像度假酒店。所有工作人员服务都非常热情，无论是前台还是大堂经理、保洁阿姨都会问好，服务态度非常好。第一天入住时为我们办理的前台小刘经理非常好，免费升级了房间，刚入住就询问是否满意，是否需要调整。第一晚晚上值班的小姐姐也很好，给我们拿洗衣液。餐厅的女经理、男经理都很专业，麪包烤糊了女性经理也帮我重新烤，餐厅菜夹掉了马上有人来清理，菜品也好吃。保洁黄阿姨真的打扫特别认真，水龙头没有水渍，不管是浴室还是阳台的玻璃都特别乾净，第一天纸巾用完了，阿姨可能觉得我们很需要，不仅补满了纸巾，还额外放了一包纸，每次出门也和我们问好。最后退房时的前台小陈经理也很专业，服务用心，给我们拿了伴手礼。酒店方方面面都能感到用心，所有工作人员都很好很好（不是工作人员！纯游客分享，性价比贼高，比之前在北海万豪的服务体验还要好）

房间很乾净，在华山脚下也很安静，爬完从华山北峯下来，坐一站就到了。另外环境很美，很幸运地在四楼露台看到了夕阳。

乾净衞生服务好有停车场。下楼都是饭馆小卖部。值得推荐。窗户外就是历史悠远的舍利塔。下次再来旅游还住这里。

The best hotel in Pratunam, new environment , super clean and also the aircon super cold. Definitely I will stay again here next time when I come back to Thailand.

We stay in suite 9, even for a glamping concept it was very Modern, elegant and clean ! We do enjoy the stay and Absolut every staff member make us feel at home !
