We had a lovely night stay at Horwood House. Room was great, the food and drinks at Harry’s Bar within the hotel was fantastic! The staff were also so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help! Would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of staying here.

酒店的话离 M2和M3地铁口还是挺近的，但过道有一股很难闻的味道，和其他祝哥説的一样，房间的把手非常的不好用，而且很老旧，还一直掉下来。

Rooms were clean, service is good, free parking lots are plenty, breakfast buffet selection was good. All in all a great & affordable stay????

The town house was lovely, however the staff were dismissive to the point of being rude when we checked in. The guy who took my card and showed us to our townhouse literally couldn’t be bothered to smile or make any effort at all. We paid a lot of money for my partners birthday and he opened the door handed over the key and left. We had no idea how to use anything barely slept because we couldn’t turn the heating off. So disappointed. However when we went for supper in the restaurant we had a lovely young waitress who was engaging, courteous and attentive. When we checked out again the lady on the desk wasn’t interested in our complaint of the heating and barely smiled. Such a shame for such a lovely place to be let down by some of its staff.

Lovely settings with old Castle romance feel! The grounds are lovely too great walking, and photography. Breakfast full Scottish lovely.

Anoche mi hija y yo cenamos en el restaurante de Casa Irene Arties, y son pocas las veces en que la atención resulta tan precisa, excelente y profundamente cálida. Fuimos recibidas de manera extraordinaria; cada detalle estaba cuidado al milímetro. La calidad de la comida fue realmente óptima: un foie gras excelente, un lechón absolutamente maravilloso, con una cocción perfecta, todo ello acompa?ado de un vino magnífico. Más allá, por supuesto, de la calidad de los platos, cada peque?a atención del ma?tre y del equipo de sala fue de una delicadeza poco común, algo verdaderamente raro hoy en día. Pasamos una velada excelente en un establecimiento que recomiendo muy sinceramente.

Room was tidy but felt very closed and dark. WiFi not working at all which made it difficult as we were trying to find out where to go
