All the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating even though we had a big group. Pool and restaurant was good. Worth the price, would definitely come back. Great place to stay!!

Do not book here. Had to move my room 3 times. Parking lot was mostly unplowed even days after a storm. Nobody works at night if you have an issue,

There were small cockroaches which probably came up from the sink

Staff and service were extremely disappointing. I could give 5 or 6 specific examples but there isn’t enough room. We were provided one bath towel in the room and never received another one despite requesting additional towels. There was literally one server on SuperBowl Sunday so it was impossible to eat, drink, or watch the game in the bar. Upon departure no one asked us how our stay was…which I guess was for the best since it was not good. This place is horribly managed…I would highly recommend you stay anywhere else if you are planning on visiting Singer Island which is beautiful.

The sheets had stained and we asked to be replaced and they weren’t. Breakfast had a lot of variety and well balanced and nutritious. Definitely one of the highlights

No wine or apps in the afternoon. No self serve coffee of water. You have to be served. We love this place but the changes suck

+ O hotel é muito charmoso e bem localizado, quarto super confortável e aconchegante. - Estou tirando uma estrela porque ao chegar recebemos recomenda??es de locais para jantar/café da manh?. O do jantar gostamos bastante (Little Napoli), porém a dica de café da manh? foi desastrosa (Kate's place), simplesmente o pior e mais caro lugar que já "tomamos café " pq estava t?o ruim que pagamos 61 dólares (2 pessoas) e n?o conseguimos comer. N?o sei se há algum acordo entre o hotel e o restaurante, mas recomendo fortemente que turistas, principalmente brasileiros, n?o caiam nessas recomenda??es de hotel e busquem locais por conta própria (Google, ChatGPT)... Chuveiro pouco potente, banho mais ou menos.

房间还是很舒服的，东西也很齐备，交通出行比较方便，就是热水器温度不是很高，当然对热水淋浴要求不高的可以忽略。

Everything ! Staff were welcoming and nice. Love the extra details from coffee and pastries to the farewell treat. Also love the Aseop products and how spacious the room was.

离大宫西口（新干线口）步行约10分钟的距离，楼下有24小时药妆店，7-11，对面有罗森。西口虽不及东口热闹，但车站旁还是有一些居酒屋的！
