The room was not clean at all. Smelled moldy and very high humidity. Even though it had grand opening back in last August but I came in February, it already looked dirty . The wall and ?bad tub had stains. Mold and spider web on the ceiling, especially the black mold is right above the bed. Luckily we didnt stay for very long before we noticed the mold, but it still affected breathing condition.

Stayed on third floor guests in room next door were being obsessively loud and clearly having a party. Also weird people taking pictures of girls having a photoshoot right in the main lobby. So unprofessional. Room was extremely nice other than the broken blinds and awkward cold shower in the bathroom. Finally hotel isn’t even connected to ballers. Had to walk all the way around in the freezing cold so unpractical

A lovely hotel with a great location, not too far from the Old Town so you still got the quiet. Originally I was booked into a room right next to or very close to the water pipes I assume which sounded like a generator starting up every other minute so I didn’t have the best first night but the receptionist moved me to a different room the next day and I got a breakfast coffee on the house in the morning. Other than that, no complaints. Would recommend!

Loved this beautiful, spacious suites; so much so we stayed there twice in two weeks. Loved the ease of getting in. We enjoyed the walk-able restaurants.

Great place, wonderful staffs. Overall 5star experience! Enjoyed free hot breakfast with lot of other great options. Must visit the little bar by the swimming pool. Excellent bartender :) Will be back again!

The inn keepers were awesome. Welcoming, attentive and friendly. My room was clean and comfy. Highly recommend the Chainlocker

Great stay. Only negative thing I can think of is that the bathtub drained slow.

Room was clean, housekeeper was efficient.
